Disposal of rubbish un-wanted material dismanted material, away from site at appropirate place including all lead and lift, loading unloading, transportation labour etc. As per direction of Engineer in charges.

Supply of Tubular Steel table for office purpose with particle board of one side laminated teak facing ISI marked 25mm thickness and side steel rack in both sides with one shelve in each side with locking arrangemendt. Table size 1120X710X760mm, Top size 1120X710X25mm, Frame size 1020X550X735mm including primer and zinc paint complete with frame of 25mmX25mm square medium pipe as per instruction of engineer in charge. Supply of chair having frame of 19mm round pipe of (16 gauge) and having seat and back of 18 gauge perforated steel sheet of 16"x16" and 16"x8" (semicircular) respectively and dully painting with powder coating paint . (Size of chair LxBxH= 20"x18"x33"). For at various 33 KV S/S.

Providing & fixing Four No. 10 ltr capacity steel bucket and filling of bucket by sand and appropriate size of steel stand for fixing the steel bucket. The stand made by 65x65x 6mm M.S. angles with two or more coats enamale paint including primer coat of all buckets and stand including all material labour T&P and other required accessories. The size & shape of buckets & stand ( Length of 2Nos. vertical poas 1.50Mtr. length each, 2No. horizontal member length 0.90 mtr each and hold fast 2 No. 0.15 mtr each including E/W & dully grouted in CC 1:2:4 ( 2 x 30x30x45 CM ) as per direction of Engineer in charge including painting with primer and postman red colour and letter writting ''FIRE"

Providing and Laying Cheqquerred plate cover 8 mm thick on cable trenches constructed in C/R including cutting fabricating of plates complete by nesessary lifting arrangement with 'U' shape hooks of 15cm long (8mm sq bars) by welding 2 Nos 25 x 3 mm) including priming coat of approved steel primer complete as per direction of Engineer in charges.

E/W in filling of excavated earth except black cotton soil with watering & compaction of spreaded earth in 15-30cm layers levelled & neatly dressed as per requirement of site & direction of E/I, work includes cost of earth with taxes, loading, unloading, transportation, labour, water & T&P etc. complete with all lead & lift.

Supply, Stacking, Spreading of graded crusher brocken hard stone aggregate free from organic matter including stacking & spreading in yard / trenches as per the standard specification of size 40mm to 63mm incl. all lead & lift, transportation, labour, loading, unloading & require for graveling work as per direction of Engineer in charge incl. dressing & levelling.

Supply and spreading of crusher dust free of organic matter including stacking spreading and laying in yard as per standard specification including all lead and lift, Transportation, labour, loading unloading, T&P required for spreading of crusher dust work as per direction of Engineer in Charge including dressing ground upto 15cm depth.

Supply & Planting of shady plants (Neem, Peepal, Goolar, Jamun, Imli or other specified) including the following activities :- 1. Preparation of soil including cleaning & removing of unwanted shrubs removal of stones & garbage. 2. Supply of plant at site of two years of age & height more than 1.50 Mtr. 3. Supply of dry manure (Farm yard manure organic). 4. Supply of Insecticides. 5. Digging of pits size 60x60x60 cms. Including removal of stones, Manuring application of insecticides & watering at least 15 liter per plant after planting. 6. Maintenance of plant to be done by the contractor upto S.D. period. If the plant dies during maintenance, contarctor has to replace same height plant at his own cost.
