Polymer Based Rooftop Waterproofing Works at ISRI Lucknow

Providing and laying complete polymer-based rooftop waterproofing treatment including cleaning and preparation of existing surface, coving wherever required using polymer-modified mortar, slope correction wherever required, application of primer, application of superior elastomeric acrylic UV-resistant waterproofing membrane/system, complete as per approved technical specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate shall include all labour, materials, tools, equipment, handling, transportation, protection of existing installations, removal/shifting/reinstallation/restoration of water tank, etc. wherever required, protection against damage, and all incidental works required for satisfactory completion.
