M & L for surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating over areas n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed. (4125.00+503.95)

Rolling and consolidating of formation surfaces in cutting by Power roller exc. 8 tonne and n.exc 12 tonne, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for soling (or sub-base) 150 mm spread thickness with broken boulders or quarried stone (size 50mm to 100mm) (granite, trap or basalt), interstices filled, surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 150 mm thick in two layers (each layer of 75mm thick) (compacted thickness) WBM, with Limestone, sand stone, Flint or Quartzite with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 45 mm size) spread rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with three wheel power roller of 80 to 120 KN capacity of an equivalent vibratory roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing of unsurfaced water bound macadam road surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all those dirt etc. Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 7.5 Kg per 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Premix bituminous macadam @ 4% paving bitumen content with paving bitumen VG-30 laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less), complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The minimum bitumen content shall be 4% of total mix. However, no price adjustment shall be made if bitumen content is more than 4% after design mix.

M & L for preparing BM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., applying evenly a priming /tack coat with bituminous primer @ 2.5 Kg per 10 Sqm with paving bitumen VG-10, complete all a specifed and as directed.

Bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content with paving bitumen VG-30, by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient, complete all as specifed and as directed. Note: The minimum bitumen content shall be 5.5% of total mix. However, no price adjustment shall be made if bitumen content is more than 5.5% after design mix.

M & L shingle filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, spread, levelled, and blinded with earth and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T& P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seats, cil, grease etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for continuous edging with PCC block of size 450x200x100 mm width equal to the depth of the block, laid dry on edge, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20 mm with PAMA stiplens reflector of model No. DA 972 0 fixed with and including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall be (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 Watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600 MA) consisting of super bright light LED with 10, 000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular delineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia hightly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of greeen, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC (1:2:4) (150x150x300mm) type B1, complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n.exc 30cm, thick, watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n.exc 1.5m high from base, complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m width and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying /taking out of LT UG cable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and exceeding 1.5m deep and not exc 3 mtr deep for excavation of poles and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

M & L for sand cushioning using dry and clean tibba sand in two layers, first layers of 80 mm thick before laying of cable and second layer of 150mm thick after laying of cable in trenches/ducts including consolidation of each layers, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Puned sand thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply and laying well burnt bricks, locally available best quality (sub class "B" bricks ) laid in trenches perpendicular to underground cable for cable protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300 mm x300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-22 swan neck with single swan including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and rarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30 cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and bumbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2 m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letter 2" (inch) wide, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (Excavation, earthwork, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item here-in-after)

M & L for cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, stay concrete etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, stay concrete etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, including necessary formwork and finishing exposed surface/white washing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing plastic cable terminal box of size not less than 250x200x100 mm including 3 phase terminal PVC connector for cable with suitable gland with steel tubular pole with suitable size of clamps, nuts & bolts, washers are fixed with pole, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F LED street light fitting of high-quality integrated LED Street Light with minimum system lumen of min 8400 lm and system wattage not less than 60 W with a nominal system efficacy of 140 lumen/watt. The LED used shall have CCT of 5700K, SDCM ≤ 5 and CRI ≥ 70. The housing should be made of LM6/ADC 12 Alloy, non-corrosive single piece pressure die-cast aluminium, to withstand extreme environments. The spigot shall be part of "Single Piece Pressure Die-Cast housing" & shall not be bolted to the luminaire housing to ensure robust design. The name of the brand should be embossed/engraved & should not be mentioned using sticker/screen printing. It should have corrosion resistant powder coating to pass NSS of 500 Hrs. The Luminaire LED shall have declared lifetime of 50K hours @ L7B50. The product should be designed for continuous operation (10-12 Hrs per day). The Ingress protection should be minimum IP66 & impact resistant shall be IK10. Control gear compartments shall be top maintanable without accessing/operating the optical compartment. The Luminaire should have a minimum 20 KV/10KA SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire. The SPD should be able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 10 KA rating. i.e total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. The luminaire should be of Class B Serviceability. The Driver should be asphalt potted & should be a BIS approved driver. The driver shall have operating voltage of 120V to 270V, PF ≥ 0.95 @ full load, THD ≤ 10% @ full load. The driver should be capable of withstand voltage stress of 440V for 8 Hrs, should have an auto shutdown @ 325V (± 15V) and have an auto recovery feature. M & L for stay assembly having diameter of stay rod 20 mm, complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately), complete all as specified and as directed..

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode size 600x600x6 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground levels with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to machinery/equipment etc., and including galvanised iron strip 32x6 mm earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, protected with and including 50mm dia light grade GI pipe, 20 mm dia GI pipe (Medium grade) for watering, necessary earthwork. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturer of OEM manufactured, static silent (Sound proof enclosure) Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 12 KW (15KVA), 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet return inlet oil arranement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Likabali, Assam (Capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation (of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 M all around for ease of movement and 0.5 M height)_ or as per OEM's recommendation, anti-vibration pads, including all features to comply with latest CPCB-IV guidelines and comprising of followings:-

(i) ENGINE (Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, 3 cylinders, four stroke, radiator cooled, performance class of generator set ISO 8528-5 G2, turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivering 12 KW (15KVA) at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Likabali, (Taking all derating factor into consideration), 12/24 Volt (as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start including suitable size battery, complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tachometer, lube oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and Engine protection system (Shut down, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumable etc.

(ii) ALTERNATOR: Brushless AC alternator, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 4 wire rated for output of 12 KW (10 KVA), Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation Class "H", salient pole, revolving field, sealed bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine.

(iii) BASE PLATE: Made out of structural steel as per manufacturer's recommended design/specifications.

(iv) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB(A) at a distance of 1 M at 75% load under field condition.

(v) FOUNDATION/PLINTH/BASE: Shall be provided as per manufacturer recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m space should be available all around the set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M.

(vi) DIESEL STORAGE TANK: of capacity adequate for storage of diesel as per manufacturer specification.

(viii) MISC: Tool kit, Operation and maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc., shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices.

(ix) FIRST FILL OF LUBRICANTS, COOOLANT & FUEL:- First fill of oil, coolant as per OEM recommendations and diesel during testing for 12 hrs as per CA provisions. Note: PCC foundation for DG set shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for all DG sets:- (a) DHPP for testing purpose shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost to the Department. (b) The contractor shall arrange for artifical load (water load/Electrical load) for testing for final testing of DG set at site and the cost is deemed to including in above offer. (c) Testing of sound level should be carried out at the site in presence of Engr-in-Charge. (d) One set of latest spare part catalogue with price, exploded view of parts and user's manual are deemed to be included in the offer. (e) All civil works inlcluding foundation for DG set as per mnufacturer's drawing/specification, foundation for AMF panel. (f) The rate quoted is deemed to be included for initial filling of radiator coolant and lubricating oil upto level.
