Monthly Periodical inspection and including attending break down complaints/ in case of any Emergency and stand by attendance duty in VIP visits days at HEMRL and ARDE both Labs including following complete all as directed for smooth functioning of the lift all as specified and directed :- (a) Replacements of oil and minor spares like nuts, bolts, control wires and thimbles as required. (b) Setting /Maintaining control panels, VVF drives and other programable drives and arrange OEM/ Consultant for guidence/repair if necessary. (c) Maintaing emergency lights, ventilating fan, intercom system, alarm system along with all components of lifts for smooth functionjing of the lift. (d) Oiling Greasing, servicing of lift Doors, wire ropes. (e) Testing and serviceablility checking of each lift by authorised person/ Lift Inspector in presence of Engr-in-charge, JE (E/M) and User's representative and test certficate to be produced in duplicate. (f) Yearly once serviceability test certificate for each lift by authorized person/lift inspector to be produced in duplicate. Fright lift of catering G+4 floors, 2000 Kg capacity located in admin block of ARDE-01 No ' NOTES FOR SCHEDULE 'A' ITEM NO 1 to 5 a) maint of lifts required to be done in every month, cleaning, greasing, oiling wherever required, checking of all electrical connections in addition standard maintenance as recommended by manufacturer, quarterly & half yearly . The rate quoted by the contractor includes cost of grease, cotton waste, lugs, nut bolts, washers & misc items as directed. b) Major defects such as hoist motor rewinding and rewinding of thruster motors, bearings, shaft and gear assembly does not includes in this cost. c) Renewal of spare parts shall be measured and paid separetly under respective items as "Supply only". (d) The rate quoted is deemed to include for labour charges including taking down of unserviceable parts and fixing only new spares in all respect to keep up smooth functioning of lift and nothing extra shall be admissible. e) The worker employed by the contractor will report to the concerned AGE E/M /JE E/M twice in month and in emergency breakdown conditions for assignment of job and submit completion/serviceability report on the same day.

M&L for disconnecting and removing from installed position main drive gear assembly for servicing, repair including loading / unloading and transporting to nearest work shop including refixing connecting commissioning and testing in position after carry out necessary repair/ replacement complete all as specified and as directed Note Spare parts to be renewed shall be measured and paid seperately as "Supply only"

Supply only in repair both side ball bearing with existing size and make as per numbers specified by OEM. Make SKF or equivalent as approved by GE complete all as specified .

Supply only gears of gear box / gear assembly including testing for without lateral movement and adjustable linear speed with maximum speed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Contractor is advised to visit site before quoting the rates.

Supply, installed, testing and commissioning in repair of lift controller AC variable voltage and vaiable frequency (VVVF) drive 12 HP / 9 KW suitable for existing specification with starting current 1.2 to 1.5 times of full load power saving and acceptable voltage fluctuation 10 to 20%. The controller mounted in totally enclosed cubicle type with hinged doors on the front as per IS-5133-1969 (Part 1) include protection against the following abnormalities and cut off the power supply, apply the brake and bring the car to a rest in the event of any of the abnormalities occurring and connected accessories to synchronies the system complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and Fix in repair Traveling cables for the lifts EPR insulated stranded copper conductor flexible cables conforming to IS 9968 Control cabling with multi core stranded copper conductor PVC insulated and sheathed 1100 volt grade cables conforming to IS 8130. size of the cable shall be 12 core 0.50 sq mm. Where cables pass through walls or floor slabs, pieces of GI/pvc sleeves shall be provided for cast into the wall / floor and cable shall be drawn therein complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair fireman switch with glass front for access by the Firemen. The operation of this switch shall cancel all calls to the lift and shall stop at the next nearest landing if traveling upwards. The doors shall not open at this landing and the lift shall return to the ground floor. In case the lift is traveling downwards when the fireman's switch is operated it shall go straight to the ground floor bypassing all calls enroute. The emergency stop button inside the car shall be rendered inoperative.The fireman’s switch shall be located adjacent to the lift opening at the terminal floor and shall be at a height of approximately 2 m above the floor level. For easy identification of firemens lift which confirm to the local authorities requirements, a red and white diagonal striped backing shall be provided behind the glass of the firemen’s switch complete all as specified and as directed.
