Providing 110mm dia PVC down fall pipe of 4 Kg / sq cm. including cost of pipe, door bend, shoe and clamp, labour for fixing in position from the roof top, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Chipping and roughing the existing concrete surface and plastering the same surface with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick, including cost of all materials, labour lead, lift, etc., complete.

Brick work in CM 1:5, using class II chamber burnt bricks including cost of all materials, labour,curing,lead, lift, etc., complete.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick with M.Sand including cost of materials, labour,curing,lead, lift, etc., complete.

PCC 1:3:6 mix using 20 HBG metal for flooring concrete in portico including cost of all materials, labour, curing, lead,lift, etc., complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Supplying and laying of Cement Based Hydraulically Pressed Anti skid Tiles(Pattern Design) - 20mm thick for portico of approved quality & colour laid in CM 1:3, 20 mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.40kg/m2 including finishing the joint and pointing flush with tiles surface, including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete as per standard specification.

Colour washing two coats with plastic emulsion paint (first quality) over one coat of primer including through scrapping of old surface,cost of materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux (or) Equivalent Board False Ceiling upto a ceiling height of 4.5m from floor level od approved design including cost of all materials, scaffolding arrangement, lead, lift, labour charges etc., complete.as directed by the incharge of site.

Wiring with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed cu. Conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable PVC Rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box in flush with wall with 5A F.T switch covered with 3 mm thick hylum sheet cover and with painting of suitable color with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC fuse wire for open PVC light point/Fan point (with Electronic Regulator).

Wiring with 2 x 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitable pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150mm x 100mm x 113mm TW switch box in flush with wall with 3 mm thick hylum sheet cover for 15A 3 pin non inter locking wall socket with 15A flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC power plug point.

Supply and fixing of LED indoor fitting ( Light emitting diode )18W LED 3000K Square Type Recessed Fitting with LED, PVC unsheathed copper leads from terminals including cost of all materials, labour, lead etc, complete.

Supply and fixing of M.S ladder with suitable MS angles, flats, rods, etc including painting two coat over one coat of iron primer, cost all materials, labour, lead,lift, etc,complete.

Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel ornamental Hand rails for portico sides using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. The supports will be grouted into the wall/ground and provided with 93.00mm thick Stainless Steel circular base plate of 304 Grade. The rate shall included for grouting into concrete with necessary supporting arrangements the hand rail in floor polishing buffing, bonding, cutting, grinding, conveyance,welding charges, electrical charges, etc., complete.

Clean removal of cement plaster from walls including labour,lead,lift, etc., complete.

Dadooing wall with vitrified tiles of approved size and design and quality laid in CM.1:2 ,10 mm thick after scrapping & cleaning the existing wall surface as instructed and pointing with white cement using 0.40Kg /Sqm. including finishing the joint and pointing flush with tiled surface including cost of all materials labour, curing , lead, lift, etc., as per standard specification complete.

Disposal of dismantled deberies away from the site with initial lead of 2 km including labour, lead, lift etc., complete.
