Strengthening and Black Topping Road From Othapatti-Pandiyankottai road KM 0/0-1/81(R 24) of Madurai East Block

Clearingthe Scrub jungle including all labour charges for burring and burning etc.,

Picking 5 cm to 10 cm old metalled surface and sectioning - 1 sq.m

Earthwork excavating & depositing on bank with initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murrum, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS 20 A including laying and spreading in layers of 250 mm loose thick each , sectioning , watering and compacting etc, complete as per MOST 301 - 305.

Providing and Laying US gravel to compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller , water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights etc, complete.

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Bituminous Macadam 50mm Thick including all lobour charges( with plastic waste)

BITUMINOUS CONCRETE 25 MM THICK USING (Plastic waste) cmp (Grade-II) Providing and laying Bituminious concrete to 40mm thick using 0.13cum of 19.00-9.50mm. 0.17cum of 9.5-2.36 and below with 50.3kgs of VG30/VG40 heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, carrying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonnes vibratory/phenumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc.including hire charges and fuel charges foe 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks,paver finisher/9m paver finisher,vibratory/phenumatic roller and all other tools and plants required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clauses 507 of MORTH Part-5

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm I SS size hard granite broken metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be supplied departmentally at the Departmental section stores and the cost will be recovered at the rates noted in the special conditions appended and conveyance of the same from Departmental section stores to the actual workspot and handling charges at each and including cost of form work mixing concrete laying compacting and watering curing concrete including all leads for good soft, potable water, hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants and all other incidental charges such as baling out water forming protective bunds providing coffer dams etc., complete as directed by the Engineer

PCC 1:3:6 mix using 40mm metal from approved sources including cost and conveyance rough stones and bond stones including cost of cement which will be supplied departmentally at the departmental section stores and cost will be recovered at the rates noted in the special conditions appended and conveyance of the same from Departmental stores to the actual workspot and handling charges for the same at each and all other incidental charges such as baling out water if necessary etc., complete

Supplying and erecting centering are strutting including neceassary supports for place surface for RCCcolumns fottings and pedestal beems crtitical pears erc., using mild steel angles of sizes 90x60x10cm gauge stiffness welded mild steel angles of sizes 25x25x3mm for boarding laying over silver oak joists of single 10cm -6.5cm space of 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specificatinon

Supplying and fabricating and placing inposition mild steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all reinforced cement concrte works as per the design given incuding cost of steel and binding wire in all floor etc. complete complying with standard specification (MS rods or RTS bars will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate). The binding wire will be supplied by the contractor as per clause MOST specification.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm I SS size hard granite broken metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be supplied departmentally at the Departmental section stores and the cost will be recovered at the rates noted in the special conditions appended and conveyance of the same from Departmental section stores to the actual workspot and handling charges at each and including cost of form work mixing concrete laying compacting and watering curing concrete including all leads for good soft, potable water, hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants and all other incidental charges such as baling out water forming protective bunds providing coffer dams etc., complete as directed by the Engineer for Bed Block.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:11/2:3 mix using 20mm I SS size hard granite broken metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be supplied departmentally at the Departmental section stores and the cost will be recovered at the rates noted in the special conditions appended and conveyance of the same from Departmental section stores to the actual workspot and handling charges at each and including cost of form work mixing concrete laying compacting and watering curing concrete including all leads for good soft, potable water, hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants and all other incidental charges such as baling out water forming protective bunds providing coffer dams etc., complete as directed by the Engineer for Deck Slab.

Towards the charges for routine maintenance of the road work executed under Bharat Nirman including dressing of bermsby refilling the gully with form berms, desilting of side drains and CD works , Whitewashing guardstones, painting of KM & HM stones,Parapets, cutting of breaches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones , caution boards, speed limit boards etc with the periodiocity for the above actitvities as prescribed in IRC SP 20-2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectiufied by the contractor at his own cost.
