Operation & Periodical Maintenance of electrical & mechanical installations of terminal building, MT Pool, Fire Station, AAI Residential Colony, Localizer, Glide Path, DVOR, Switch Room at Terminal building, Street lights, Parking light at Airport, Apron lights etc. i/c attending the day to day complaints on all days i/c Sunday and Holiday by providing the skilled & unskilled man power, tools & tackles and attending the break-down and preventive maintenance as per detail specifications enclosed.

Operation of 1 x 320 KVA DG set , 1 x 125 KVA DG Set , & 2 x 75KVA DG Set along with battery chargers, AMF panels, HT / LT panels & accessories etc. installed at Civil Air Terminal, Chakeri and Civil Aerodrome, Cantt, Kanpur i/c attending the day to day complaints on all days i/c Sunday and Holiday by providing the semi-skilled & unskilled man power, tools & tackles and attending the break-down and preventive maintenance as per detail specifications enclosed.

Provision of 01 (One) No. data entry operator cum office assistant for day to day office work, computer typing, e-tender, SAP and other office work as per direction of Engineer -in charge.

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of fire alarm cum detection system for Terminal Building & Fire Alarm cum Auto Dialer systems for equipment room at CA Cantt & Chakeri Airport, Kanpur i/c monthly checking, cleaning, repairing of all the parts like smoke detectors, heat detectors, resistance, control fuse, batteries, main control panel, local panel, response indicator, manual call point etc. and replacement of all the defective parts (like main control panel, local panel i/c all the cards, batteries etc. and all the accessories installed in fire alarm system & auto dialer system) by trained persons as per technical specification and the maintenance schedule as required to keep all the existing system operational i/c attending all the breakdown calls as and when required.

Provision of LED Lighting Decoration with tri color formation of Terminal Building & offices at CE, Chakeri & CA, Cantt at Kanpur Airport as and when required and as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Calibration of Weighing scale installed at the Chakeri Airport through Weight and Measurement department of Government of Uttar Pradesh as and when required basis and submission of calibration report to the Engineer -in charge.

Rewinding of 1400/ 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan with super enameled copper winding wire with varnishing and backing including greasing the bearings as required.

Rewinding of 12"/15"/18"size exhaust fan with super enameled copper winding wire with varnishing and backing including greasing the bearings as required.

Supply and Replacement of both the ball bearings/bushes of ceiling fans / exhaust fans of all sizes including dismantling and refaxing of fans at site etc. complete as required.

Lifting & lowering of submersible pump (upto 7.5 HP ) from existing bore well & installation, testing and commissioning at site by using tripod and other tools, including its connected pipe & cable, packing’s, nut bolts etc. and making water proof joint in submersible cable complete as required.

Spray Painting of electrical panels/ board/ feeder pillar/ duct of different capacity installed at different places at Kanpur Airport with enameled paint (2 or more coat) including scraping the old paint and single coat of primer etc. complete as required.

Painting of street light pole Upto 7 to 8 mtr size situated at different places at Kanpur Airport.

Percentage above or below on the rates of Electrical DSR-2018 (CPWD) items worth totaling to Rs. 1,00,000.00 for Execution of misc. items on requirement basis. The Rates quoted shall be without GST. (Note: the firm has to quote/upload the percentage above / below percentage on the quantity mentioned against this item directly in the form of multiplying factor in the rate column as clarified below. For Example: if desired to quote 5% above on DSR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 1.05. If desired to quote 3% below on DSR-2018 rates, the rate column shall be filled as 0.97)
