Plain cement concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One Cement, four sand and Eight aggregate) using 40mm ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete asper standard specification.

Brickwork in Following Cement Mortar 1:3 using best quality burnt clay brick of size 8 3/4 X 4 1/4X 2 3/4 ' with Class designation of 7.5 conffirming to IS 1077-1992 for foundation and basement including all cost of Mortar Plasticizer curing

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 mix. using 12mm thick with all cost and convleyance of materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Dadooring the walls with glazed tiles of 305mm x 150mm x 6mm of the following colour set in in Cement Mortar 1:2 10mm thick and pointed with white cement @ 0.4kg/m2 in all floors as directed etc., complete complying with standard specification

Supply and Fixing of Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge l9mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. l5mm lvIS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets, Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom shall be 75mm x 30mm.
