Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness on brick, stone, concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, removal of rubbish and cleaning, etc complete as directed and specified.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick on any faces of brick wall in CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions (WPC shall be measured and paid separately) and finish the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete as directed and specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM ( 1:6 ) on wall/ concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as spesified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall, pillasters,cornices etc (upto G+3 storied bldgs) scrapping down , brooming down or steel wire brushing, and washing with water. after completion of precoat treatment apply two coats of Anti fungal Weather coat paint (Exterior emulsion) white or tinted over a coat of primer (X2) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and apply two coats of distember (oil emulsion) over a coat of primer.

M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, mass and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and evenly applying one coat of white wash on surfaces of walls etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 6 above but one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall including cornices, pilaster etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke Soot, moulds, moss and trading oil and greasy spots etc and apply one coat of cement base paint white or tinted complete as specified and directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including brooming , scraping down. Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks and one coat of oil emulsion distemper and one coat of white cement based putty (where it is required) all as specified and directed. Note:- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately under Srl Item No. 18 of Sch A)

M & L for preparation of old decorated surface of wall including brooming, down, scrapping down smoke spot and stopping nails mark by filling by birla putty and applying one coat of interior plastic imulsion paint white/coloured all as specified. Note:- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately under Srl Item No. 18 of Sch A)

M&L complete removal of old decorated surface of wall and applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper white/coloured over and one coat of white cement based putty (where it is required) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately under Srl Item No. 18 of Sch A)

Material and labour for complete removal of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall,pillasters, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down and washing with water after completion of precoat treatment apply two coats of Anti fungal weather coat aacrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer including one coat of white cement based putty (where it is required) (X2) complete all as specified and directed Make of Arcylic emulsion weather coat paint :- Asian (Apex Ultima), Berger (weather coat All Guard), ICI Dulux (weather shield Max) and Nerolac (Excel Total) Make of primer :- Asian (X2) or Equivalent Note :- (a) Each stage i.e preparation of surfaces,application of primer,application of first coat. application of second coat will be got passed from Engr-in-Charge (b) Written Warranty for Four years or as per manufacturer's instructions, whichever is more is required to be furnished by contractor for this item. Note:- Putty shall be measured and paid seperately under Srl Item No. 18 of Sch A)

M & L for preparation of old painted wood & wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10CM width or girth and evenly applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of old painted steel and iron based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10CM width or girth and evenly applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed

M & L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed

M & L for writing Stops, Commas, Short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets, etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L one coat white cement putty on walls/ceiling all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of surfaces of bldg No plate / tab of any size and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint and writing letters or figures (Block, Roamn, Italic or Indian) of not less than 50 mm height and not less than15mm width incl, stops, commas, lines etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction Anti-termite treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 liter per sqm of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavting channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete and making good the distuebed portion.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction Anti-termite treatment along external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion at the rate 2.25 liters per linear metre including driling and plugging holes etc. in apron and making good the dstrubed protion.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction Anti-termite treatment of soil under exisiting floors using emulsion at the rate on liter per hole, 300mm aprat including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement morter (1:2) (1 cement : 2 coase sand) to match the exising floors.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post construction Anti-termite treatment at points of contract of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) at the rate 0.5 liter per hole by drilling 6mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150mm center to center and sealing the same. (i) Rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of making good the disturbed surface to its original adjoing surface.
