Pumping Machinery Day to day operation of 3 nos. 32 Kw capacity pumping machineries (max. two will be operated at a time and one will be stand by), accessories including sweeping cleaning of pump house, toilets etc. by engaging skilled, and un- skilled personnel in all 3 shifts as per direction of EIC. From 01-04-2026 to 31-03-2027

Routine and periodical maintenance of pumps, motors, Starters, valves with actuators, dewatering pumps, cables, tightening nut bolt of sluice valve, dismantling joints etc including replacement of control fuses etc. as per direction of EIC and IS: 10118 for a period of 12 months.

Sub Station Labour charges day to day round the clock operation of 11KV/0.433 KV substation, AVR, HV and LV panel boards, control panel board including capacitor banks, 110 volt DC trip circuit with maintenance free batteries, battery charger, indoor type circuit breaker and other allied accessories including sweeping cleaning of sub-station’s switch yard, control room, office room, toilets etc. by engaging electrical supervisor, electrician etc. as per direction of EIC.From 01-04-2026 to 31-03-2027

Routine and periodical maintenance of LT & HT panel board, cables, capacitors, transformers, CTs & PTs, earthing system, all circuit breakers & pump starters, tightening nuts & bolts of bus bar, replacement of control Fuses, cleaning of Isolators etc. as per direction of EIC & IS:10118 for a period of 12 months.

Servicing testing and calibration of all the relays and meters of L.T. panel, AVR[LT], Transformer by any testing agency approved by WBSEDCL or Directorate of Electricity Board once in a year or as directed by EIC. A] Micro processor based MCCB with S/C, O/L & E/F B] Motor Protection relays C] All the auxiliaries relays IS: 10118 D] Shunt trip circuit E] Alarm, trip and enunciator circuit F] Calibration of all meters G] Transformer oil & AVR oil test once in a year as per IS: 1866 Test results to be submitted.
