PART-B

Distribution wiring with 2x 2.5 sq mm +1x1.5 sq mm Cu. Wire in GI conduit Pipe including supply of necessary fittings like bend, joint box, tee etc for power plug point, (6 nos X 15 mtr (Av. Run).)

Distribution wiring with 2x 1.5 sq mm +1x1.0 sq mm Cu. Wire in GI conduit Pipe including supply of necessary fittings like bend, joint box, tee etc for power light / fan point. (40 Pt. X 10 Mtr. (Av. Run).)

Installation of all Dept. supply Pump Motor sets with all erection materials, as required for installation of pumping machinery, along with carrying charges from Dept. Godown to working site, loading unloading, servicing, overhauling, including IR value checking & heat varnishing of motors all complete to the entire satisfaction of the EIC in compliance with NIT specification.

Installation of all items as mentioned in Part-A including supply of all erection materials, pipe supports, valve supports etc. as required for installation of pumping machinery, including laying of LT cables through permanent cable trench on GI Rack/tray, earthing & lighting protection as per I.E. Rules, complete indoor & outdoor lighting installation work with wiring to the entire satisfaction of the EIC in compliance with NIT specification

Construction of one RCC pit of suitable size with manhole /removable cover for valve with DM joint and Flow meter at common delivery header of drinking water pump including supply of all material, labour, shuttering excavation, backfilling etc. complete in complience with NIT specification.

Painting of the installation by two coats of enamel paints (colour to be decided by purchaser) over a coat of primer as per NIT specification & direction of EIC.

Commissioning of the entire installation with electrical equipments including the cost of relevant testing of pumpsets, motor, valves, PDB cum MCC, instrument, cable, earthing etc. by approved agency as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC. Electricity as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of EIC.

Operation of the entire installation on 24 hours basis including guarding and maintenance for a period of 12 (twelve) months are to be provided with supply of skilled, semi-skilled personnel from the date of commissioning.

Servicing, testing and calibration of different types relay in the MCC and APFC panel by approved agency as per instruction of EIC and test report to be submited once in a year.
