Material and labour earthing with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth wire 4 mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts and nuts, check nuts and washers etc made of galvanised iron earth wire protected by GI pipe 15mm bore light grade and connected to main supply board upto 7.5 m away from earth electrode including all necessary earth work, excavation PCC chamber in 1:3:6 type C-1, cover slab 50 mm thick in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, with 8mm CTD bars for reinforcement both ways at 140mm C/C light grade GI tubing 20mm dia bore upto top of earth plate GI funnel ,Charcoal, watering pipe, mesh lugs etc all as specified in plate No.3 of SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY :- Earthing with 600 x 600 x 6mm galvanized steel earth plate electrode buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to and including GI strip of size 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized steel (and 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe for protection of GI strip) to the extent of 7.5 m as earthing lead and connecting ot the equipment viz transformer, LT kiosk etc including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per electrical plate No. 05 of SSR Part-I including chamber made up of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with MS angle iron frame CI cover with provision of locking arrangement and 20mm dia light grade GI pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto MS funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangement, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata and testing including demolition of old earthing complete all as specified and as directed

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY :- Supply and lay 200 mm nominal dia ductile iron pipe , spigot and socket including specials, class K-9 complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Specials and fittings will be measured and paid separately.

Ductile iron fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) tee pieces single branch ‘Y’ junction, double branch, cross (all socket or socket and spigot or flanged and socket etc) color, caps and plugs suitable for DI pipe 100 mm to 200 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix sluice valve 200 mm bore ISI marked flanged ends with stainless steel spindle with CI operating wheel cap and GI gate with brass ring type PN 1.6 including suitable size bolts, nuts for jointing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix non return valve of size 200 mm bore ISI marked flanged ends complete with suitable size and bolts, nuts for jointing complete all as specified as specified and as directed

Supply and fix valves, air release of size 200 mm dia double chamber ball as per IS 14845, complete with suitable size and bolts, nuts for jointing complete all as specified and as directed

Construction of valve chamber of size 900 x 900 x 900mm (internal) with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation, brick work in cement mortar 1:4 for wall, 10mm thick rendering using cement mortar 1:4 internally and externally, 3 mm thick MS sheet cover with 25 x 3mm thick MS flat iron welded around and across to sheet angle iron of size 35 x 35 x 5 mm thick for frame with locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including three coats of white wash inside/out side wall surfaces all as specified including demolition of the existing masonry chamber complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of centrifugal pump sets of capacity 10 HP (7.5 KW), three phase,415 Volt sutiable for 200 mm dia pipe for suction and delivery head range 15-17 mtr, discharge 33 to 36 LPS including provision of suitable PCC foundation for frixing of pump sets. Make-Crompton/Kirloskar NOTE :- 1. Standard test certificate for pump and motor has to be submitted by the contractor cost for the same is deemed to included in the quoted rate 2. Test results like routine test/pump performance test/motor performance/material of construction etc shall also be submitted by the contractor after installing the pump sets cost for the same is deemed to included in the quoted rate. 3. Cost for suitable CI foot valve, PCC foundation foundation bolts and suitable cable from pump starter to pump set is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Electronic water level indicator electrically operated digital and sensor type with ISI mark, showing indication in 10 or 15 levels of water in under ground sump of capacity 30000 gallons complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Indicator will be installed in such a way that it shows the reading of water level at pump house and AGE E/M sitting room. The sensor at these place be fixed to avoid over flow etc.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of chemical (chlorine granules) chlorination dosing plant suitable to inject upto 25 LPH comprising of dosing pump coupled with three phase electric motor of capacity 0.5 HP, 1440 RMP, 415 V, 50 Hz combined gear and motor assembly with agitator in one motor, agitator with SS sweep blade duly FRP coated, FRP tank of capacity 250 litres complete accessories to be mounted of MS fabricated frme including paiting completely, drilling/taping and connected to the delivery line with suitable UPVC pipes and necessary fittings of dia 15mm , PP NRV of 15mm dia including supply and fix starter wall mounted suitable for 0.5 HP motor three phase 415 volts, 50 Hz with relay enclosed in sheet metal enclosure with push button switch for ON/OFF complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The cost for necessary foundation, water connection in/outlet with suitable size of pipe line to make system complete functional is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

HI strength calcium based chlorine granular disinfectant (minimum chlorine content 60-70%) for water treatment more stable and stronger than bleaching powder and sodium hypochlorite) complete all as specified and as directed. Make :- Aquafit of M/s Sree Rayalaseema HI-Strength Hypo Ltd or equivalent as approved by E-in-C’s Branch (CMPT).
