Earth work excavation for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils to full depth as directed by the departmental officers except hard rock inclusive of shoring strutting and balling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth with in the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead of 10 meters and initial lift of 2 meters including cost of all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification 23 & 24 VI (S2) VII.9,10

Supplying and filling with fine M sand including cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supply and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 5.29m height for plane surface such as R.C.C. slabs Rectangular beams, Tee or Ell beams lintels bed blocks stair case waist slab and landing beams, canopy slabs with all cross bracings using 90cm x 60 cm x 3 mm B.G. 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over (Silver oak joists) of size 10 cm x 6.50 spread at about 90 cm center to center and supported by the casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm diameter at 75 cm center to center etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Reinforced cement concrete in 1:11/2:3[one cement and one and half M-Sand and four the aggregate ] using 20 mm size IRC grade machine crushed chips and excludingcost of reinforcement and centering works and including the cost of mixing,laying , curing ,and etc.,complete complying with standard specification .

Supply and fabricating and placing in position of R.T.S. rods of reinforcement and including the cost of binding wire and bar bending and including the cost of fabrication and using the binding wire at 1 Kg per quintal etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix (one cement and four sand and eight aggregate mix using 40mm size is hard blue granite metal laying in layers of not more than 15 cm thick etc., and including cost of mixing laying, curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental engineers.

Brick work in Cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and six sand) using best quality of second class bricks of size 23 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing et., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and Three sand) 10mm thick with well fine screened sand etc., complete including finishing the surface and curing charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) 12mm thick with well fine screened sand etc., complete including finishing the surface and curing charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (One cement and five sand) 20mm thick with well fine screened sand etc., complete including finishing the surface and curing charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of MS Sheet door using 18 guage MS sheet with MS "L" angle 40 mm x 40mm x 6mm including necessary fittings locking arrangements cutting welding revelting cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion Paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification. - 10 sq.m

Painting two coats with approved iron paint over one priming coat of cement paint over cement plastered wall surface and ceiling including cost of one priming coat, Cost of all materials, all labour charges, brushes, cleaning preparing the surface,scaffolding charges and curing charges etc, complete as per SS.

OPENWELL SUBMERSIBLE PUMPSET AS PER IS 14220 / 2002 WITHOUT PANEL BOARD Supply and delivery of Open well Submersible pump set conforming to IS 14220 /2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging the following duties due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984 with ISI mark. The pump suitable for installation in sump with 1.1KV grade 3 core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessary cable joints. The non return valve located at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction.
