S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, size of grid 605x605mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Hangers 6 mm dia G.I (upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 6 mm thick asbestos cement plain building boards, fixedto timber framework with screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 12 mm thick Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200mm centre to centre, including finishing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish complete all as specified and as directed. (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F 12 mm thick Perforated particle board/ tiles for insula-tion and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed on snap grid complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground floor) including removing the debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L precast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar complete 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 incl finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone incl grinding and polishing over 20 mm scred bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of concrete surface and applying two coat of Synthetic enamel painting over a coat of primer over exc 10 cm girth or width complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
