Planning & Preparation of passes by following all the procedures of HPCL & TPC. This shall include planning and preparation for deployment of all the resources like all machineries, cranes, non sparking tools & tackles, manpower, vehicles, and etc. Preparation of entry passes for manpower with required documents like Govt issued ID card including all statutory compliances like PF, ESIC / WCP, Group accident policy, Police verification, medical certificates, safety training records, and etc. The exact document requirement shall be obtained after award of contract from concerned companies security / CSIF and shall be submitted for preparation of entry pass. GAIL shall be only providing covering or forwarding letter if required. Preparation of entry passes for vehicles and machineries by submitting valid RTO documents, fitness certificate, Insurance, and any other statutory permits required for the operation of same. The exact document requirement shall be obtained after award of contract from concerned companies security / CSIF and shall be submitted for preparation of entry pass. GAIL shall be only providing covering or forwarding letter if required.

Preparation of pipe fabrication / storage yard inside HPCL 1) Coordination with HPCL for identified fabrication yard location 2) Removing / Shifting old scrap at identified location 3) Site civil grading & preparation works 4) Setup local fabrication yard with required tools, consumables, etc. Scope includes all the machineries (JCB / excavator, cranes, fabrication, etc.), manpower, supply of misc. items & consumables and any other resource required for completion of mentioned job in totality.

Providing access to old existing pipeline as per site requirement 1) Scaffolding erection at Nalacrossing & road crossing sections of existing pipeline 2) Cement bags near Nala for manpower movement 3) Temporary structural supports Scope includes all the machineries (JCB / excavator, cranes, fabrication etc.), scaffolding material supply, sand bags supply, manpower, supply of structural items & consumables and any other resource required for completion of job in totality.

New Pipeline shifting from GAIL designated stores to HPCL Mumbai Refinery including loading & unloading, transportation, labour, etc. 1) IP4 (Borle, Panvel) 2) Taloja - Approx. 300 meters length pipeline i.e. approx. 25 no's 12 meter length pipelines, elbows, fittings, etc. 3) IP3 (Tarapur) 4) Tata power Trombay - Shifting of 12IN hydro testing header, pipes, fittings, etc. Scope includes all the machineries (cranes, transpiration vehicles and etc.), manpower, supply of misc. items & consumables and any other resource required for completion of mentioned job in totality.

Supply of 12IN 300# Monolithic Insulation Joint from GAIL approved vendors including scope of TPI inspection at vendor's yard Scope includes supply, transportation, TPI deployment for inspecton at vendor workshop, installation Monolithic Insulation Joint for the project and any other resource required for completion of mentioned job in totality.

Development of procedures & drawings 1) Route finalisation with actual measurements as per site conditions 2) GAD / Isometric development with full required Bill of Materials (BOM) 3) Execution Procedures & Methodologies preparation 4) Preparation of WPS followed by PQR, EQT, WQT, etc. 5) Preparation of civil pedestal support drawings 6) Preparation of structural steel support drawings 7) Preparation of pipe books, as built drawings after completion of job Scope includes developments of procedures, drawings, and etc. as mentioned above including submission of soft copies of same to GAIL and any other resource required for completion of mentioned job in totality.

Pipe fabrication near existing pipeline with temporary supports as per approved schematics. Best efforts to be made to minimise the golden welding joints. 1) Pipes & fittings bevelling and DPT of bevel ends. 2) Checking ovality & removal if required 3) Welding of pipes and fittings 4) Stepwise NDT as per approved procedures 5) Hydro testing of prefabricated spool pieces including supply of water Scope includes all the machineries and equipment (welding machine, pipe clamps, cutters, cranes, rollers for pipe shifting, etc.), manpower, supply of misc. items & consumables, NDT (like DPT, MPT, Radiography, and Ultrasonic Testing) & hydro testing with calibrated devices and any other resource required for completion of job in totality.

N2 purging (liquid N2 tankers with evaporator) of 3.5kms pipeline section during shutdown and regas in after shutdown Scope includes all the machineries and equipment (tankers, evaporator, calibrated monitoring equipment, LEL monitoring at HPCL / BPCL / TPC ends, Blind reversal with non-sparking tools & manpower at HPCL terminal, Misc. assistance to GAIL during shutdown, etc.), manpower, supply of misc. items & consumables, calibrated devices and any other resource required for completion of job in totality. Measurement shall be as per actual consumption during execution.

Assistance in shutdown jobs of terminal with dedicated crew 1) Replacement of Gaskets including supply of gaskets SS Outer, SS Spiral - 8" Size Flange 2) Replacement of skid flanges old stud bolts & nuts with GI coated new bolts & nuts of grade A193 GR B7 & 2H - all Stud for 8" Flange Scope includes all the machineries and equipment (tankers, evaporator, calibrated monitoring equipment, etc.), manpower, supply of new bolts & nuts, metallic spiral wound gaskets for entire HPCL skid flanges, non-sparking tools, calibrated devices and any other resource required for completion of job in totality. Measurement shall be as per actual execution.

Assistance in shutdown jobs of terminal with dedicated crew 1) Replacement of Gaskets including supply of gaskets SS Outer, SS Spiral - 6" Size Flange 2) Replacement of skid flanges old stud bolts & nuts with GI coated new bolts & nuts of grade A193 GR B7 & 2H - all Stud for 6" Flange Scope includes all the machineries and equipment (tankers, evaporator, calibrated monitoring equipment, etc.), manpower, supply of new bolts & nuts, metallic spiral wound gaskets for entire HPCL skid flanges, non-sparking tools, calibrated devices and any other resource required for completion of job in totality. Measurement shall be as per actual execution.

Assistance in shutdown jobs of terminal with dedicated crew 1) Replacement of Gaskets including supply of gaskets SS Outer, SS Spiral - 4" Size Flange 2) Replacement of skid flanges old stud bolts & nuts with GI coated new bolts & nuts of grade A193 GR B7 & 2H - all Stud for 4" Flange Scope includes all the machineries and equipment (tankers, evaporator, calibrated monitoring equipment, etc.), manpower, supply of new bolts & nuts, metallic spiral wound gaskets for entire HPCL skid flanges, non-sparking tools, calibrated devices and any other resource required for completion of job in totality. Measurement shall be as per actual execution.

Assistance in shutdown jobs of terminal with dedicated crew 1) Replacement of Gaskets including supply of gaskets SS Outer, SS Spiral - 2" Size Flange 2) Replacement of skid flanges old stud bolts & nuts with GI coated new bolts & nuts of grade A193 GR B7 & 2H - all Stud for 2" Flange Scope includes all the machineries and equipment (tankers, evaporator, calibrated monitoring equipment, etc.), manpower, supply of new bolts & nuts, metallic spiral wound gaskets for entire HPCL skid flanges, non-sparking tools, calibrated devices and any other resource required for completion of job in totality. Dismantling works 1) Cutting, removal & shifting of old existing pipe approx. 230-250 meter 2) Breaking of old pedestal supports 3) Dismantling of old structural steel supports 4) shifting of old pipeline to pipe yard Scope includes all the machineries and equipment (welding machine, cutters, cranes, rollers for pipe shifting, etc.), manpower, supply of misc. items & consumables, calibrated devices and any other resource required for completion of job in totality. Actual length may vary as per site conditions.

Hook-up of new pipeline with existing pipeline including NDT as per golden joints. Best efforts to be made to minimise the golden welding joints. Includes all machinery, tools, labour, etc. Scope includes all the machineries and equipment (welding machine, pipe clamps, cutters, cranes, rollers for pipe shifting, etc.), manpower, supply of misc. items & consumables, NDT (like DPT, MPT, Radiography, and Ultrasonic Testing) with calibrated devices and any other resource required for completion of job in totality.

Concrete works M25 grade for pipeline supports as per approved drawings along with waterproof coating / decarbonisation coating Scope includes all the machineries and material (RMC machine, shuttering material, supply of reinforcement rods, etc.), manpower, supply of misc. items & consumables, and any other resource required for completion of job in totality. Measurement shall be as per actual execution.

Structural steel works as per approved drawings 1) For replacement of trestle bridge towards TPC side 2) For construction of new trestle bridge inside HPCL for road crossing 3) Misc. structural supports & works Scope includes all the machineries and equipment (welding machine, cutters, cranes, rollers for pipe shifting, etc.), manpower, supply of misc. items & consumables, supply of structural steel, and any other resource required for completion of job in totality. Measurement shall be as per actual execution.

Painting of HPCL gas terminal skid and pipeline with dedicated team (Manual cleaning) 1) Hand cleaning of skid piping to remove loose corrosion 2) Application of paint with 3 layer epoxy paint 3) Stencilling of line numbers, contact numbers, etc. Scope includes supply of all the tools & tackles for painting, manpower, supply of misc. items & consumables and any other resource required for completion of mentioned job in totality. Measurement shall be as per actual execution.

Painting of HPCL gas terminal skid and pipeline with dedicated team (sand blasting) 1) Sand blasting of skid piping to remove loose corrosion and to create new anchor profile. 2) Application of paint with 3 layer epoxy paint 3) Stencilling of line numbers, contact numbers, etc. Scope includes carrying out sand blasting of terminal skid along with all other required material for safe execution, supply of all the tools & tackles for painting, manpower, supply of misc. items & consumables and any other resource required for completion of mentioned job in totality. Measurement shall be as per actual execution.

Coating of pipeline with hot shrink sleeves Heat Shrink sleeve: Sleeve Denso/Raychem make/EQUIVALENT including supply of coating material (sleeves), primer, mastic, coating man(insulator), holiday machine with operator, heating torch with LPG cylinder, roller etc. whatsoever required to complete the coating job in all aspect and as per direction of GAIL. Scope includes carrying out hot shrink sleeve coating by applicator along with supply of hot shrink sleeves as required, sand blasting to achieve anchor profile on pipe, supply of all the tools & tackles for painting, manpower, supply of misc. items & consumables and any other resource required for completion of mentioned job in totality.

Misc. civil building works at HPCL (Dimensions: 16 mtr (L) x 7 mtr (W) with 7 rooms: 3 equipment, 2 store, 1 toilet, 1 guard room separate). Refer tender annexures for drawings. 1) Painting of control room building 2) Door closures & bearings replacement 3) Washroom taps, wash basin & commode replacement 4) Washroom tiles replacement 5) Windows repair / replacement as required Scope includes carrying of building repair / replacement work including supply of required material from reputed vendors, supply of all the tools & tackles, manpower, supply of misc. items & consumables and any other resource required for completion of mentioned job in totality.

Misc. civil porta cabin works at TPC (Dimensions: 15 mtr (L) x 6 mtr (W) with 5 rooms: 3 equipment, 1 store, 1 toilet). Refer tender annexures for drawings. 1) Repair and replacement of porta cabin parts includes replacement of floor panels, side walls sheet inside & outside, roof sheet, false sealing, etc. 2) Water proofing works if required 3) Painting of porta cabin with 3 layer epoxy paint system 4) Door closures & bearings replacement 5) Washroom taps, wash basin & commode replacement 6) Washroom connections repair 7) Windows repair / replacement as required Scope includes carrying of building repair / replacement work including supply of required material from reputed vendors, supply of all the tools & tackles, manpower, supply of misc. items & consumables and any other resource required for completion of mentioned job in totality

Shifting of old pipeline & surplus items to GAIL designated store at IP4 / Mangaon Scope includes all the machineries (cranes, transpiration vehicles and etc.), manpower, supply of misc. items & consumables and any other resource required for completion of mentioned job in totality.
