S&F factory made 35mm thick second class hard wood plain framed, paneled shutter (Two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, size of rail and styles as per IS : 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated using second class hard wood rail and styles, fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style), consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for stiles and for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC profile ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail. Supply, install, testing and commissioning factory made and tested (including CPRI type test certified) LT panel size 800mm x 600mm x 150mm enclosures cubical weather and vermin proof totally enclosed made out of 1.60mm thick CRCA sheet machince pressed of suitable size to operate on 3 phase, 4 wire system, 415 volts, 50 Hz, AC supply system, double door with front openable and PVC arculic glass cover suitable size for checking of meter reading without opening door with locking arrangement including inner shutters for mounting switch grear etc, suitable arragement for fixing of electrical meter and SPN 40-63 Amp including pre wiring from copper bus bars to meter and meter to MCB SPN (for pre wiring use 6 sqmm single core copper cable and suitable size of lugs for connecting from suitable size bus bar to meter and meter to MCB SPN) including bottom gland plate with suffient numbers of circular cable entry holes, including prewired complete as per drawing with masonry work for fixing in wall duly powder coated with comprising of the following:- (a) Copper bus bar suitable capacity - 01 Set (b) MCCB, 4 Pole, 63 Amps rating, rupturing capacity 25 kA, 415 volt grade, AC, 50 Hz, adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic type - 01 No (In coming)

Make : HPL Cat Part No SPPC131000000200C00 or equivalent in Neptune - 04 No. Note:- (i) LT panel base frame shall be grouted in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate. The base shall be 60cm height from the nearest road level/floor level or as directed. (ii) All incoming MCCB shall be connected through MCB spreaders with incoming bus bar and incoming cable shall be connected with incoming bus bar. Disconnecting, dismantling & taking down old unserviceable LT Panel any capacity with fixtures (iii) Drawing of LT Panel shall be got approved well in advance from Engineer-in-Charge before fabrication of LT Panel. (iv) The quoted rate shall deemed to include supply & provision of 65mm lock with 2 keys. Make of Lock:- Godrej/Harrison/Link. (v) Cost of platform, MCCB spreaders, cable glands, locking arrangement with lock and key and any minor addition/alteration if required at site (the decision of GE will be final and binding regarding extent to which the change can be considered as minor addition/alteration) shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
