Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness as in roof covering complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix, 0.63 mm thick corrugated galvanised mild steel sheeting (minimum 275gm/sqm galvanising) with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L type or J type or cranked hooks , bolts and washer in roof, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix plain galvanised mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing of 0.80mm thickness (minimum 275gm/sqm galvanising) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel over a priming coat on new zinc (or galvanised ) surfaces to receive painting, by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning etc. of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm width or girth not other wise described and complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) exc 1.50 Sqm but n exc 4.0 Sqm each including iron mongeries complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 2nd class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete, all as specified and directed

S& F for 30mm thick 2nd class hard wood Plain, framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of veneered particle board medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers: supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MS butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled 100mm size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt 150 mm long of extruded section etc complete all as specified and directed.
