Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof & disposal of retrived material upto a distance not exc 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping ( where full thickness recoved or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m, where directed complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof curbing, padding over roof slab complete all as specified and directed. Note : Average thickness shall not exceed 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surface when concrete is green on roof surface in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for water proofing treatment on roof slab consisting with following operation complete all as specified and directed :- (i) Existing surface shall be cleaned of all dust, fungus, moss and other foreign material etc by using wire brushes and dusting. (ii) Applying a layer of bitumen primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.4Ltr/sqm on the surface. (iii) Laying 3mm thick APP membrane having non-woven polyster matt at core and under surface coated with plastic polythene film. Laying shall be done using butane torch maintaining 100mm i.e overlap & 150mm end overlap, sealing all overlaps complete including treatment at all junctions & corners. The membrane shall be tucked into groove on vertical plane and groove sealed with cement mortar. The treatment shall be provided upto 200mm height above finished floor. (iv) The Membrane shall have tensile strength of 700N/5cm in longitudinal direction and 450N/5cm in transverse direction at 23 degree celcious, Flow resistance > 120 degree celcious dimensional stability, <0.5% when fested as per ASTM D 5147. The laying of the membrane shall be done through authorized applicator of the manufacturers". (v) Applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.30 ltr per sqm over APP membrane on non accessible roof area.

Removing demolished material to a distance exceeding 250 mtr but not exceeding 500 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of PVC water storage tank exc 500 ltrs and not exc 1000 ltrs capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000 ltrs capacity Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks in three layers (cylindrical vertical with close top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gun-metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipes for 20mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.
