Taking down existing copper/aluminum point wiring (light/ fan/ socket or power points) complete including (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, etc including wooden battens /casing /capping and conduit etc and making good disturbed surface of walls, ceilings and floors etc. complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing DBs , including MCBs etc

M & L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC( FRLS) insulated sheathed Multi stranded copper conductor cable run in and including concealed in wall/floor PVC conduit not less than 20 mm medium grade as per IS with all fittings such as bends, tee,junction boxes,etc of suitable size including 1.5 Sqmm PVC(FRLS) insulated copper earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and including MS/GI sunken boxes with modular inner & surface plate suitable for housing modular switches, sockets,fan regulators etc for one light/fan/call bell point controlled by one 1- way switch complete all as specified and as directed by Engr -in -Charge. Note:- Cutting & making good of chasis in the wall/Roof/Floor is deemed to be inclued in the quoted rates.

All as per item no 03 but for One 5 Amps socket point on same/below board with other switches.

All as per item no 03 but for One 5amps switch socket point independent.

Supplying and fixing Modular socket, 6 amps-2/3 pin combined, 2 Module, Make Legrand / Anchor Roma/Crabetree .

Supply & Fix Modular Fan regulator electronic step type 230 V 2 Module. Make :Legrand/Anchor/Roma.

Supply & Ding Dong AC 230 Volts single pole. Make : Anchor/Press Fit

Supply & Fix Ceiling rose surface type, PVC/Polycarbonate isolated body size 50x28 mm two to three terminals. Make : Anchor/Leader.

Supply and fix in repair MCB SP 6 to 32 Amps 240 volts 10 KA C series. MCB with separate short circuit indication type Make Legrand Cat. Nos 408595 Or equivalent Make :Siemens/L&T, Complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Supply and fix in repair MCB SPN 6 to 32 Amps 240 volts 10 KA. Make Legrand Cat. Nos 408617 Or equivalent Make :Siemens/L&T, Complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Supply and fix in repair Sheet metal enclosure for DB’s SPN, with 200 amps rated bus bar ,8 way ,240 volts double door. Make :Legrand cat pt no 507611 or equivalent in Siemens/L & T ,Complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair Sheet metal enclosure for DB’s TPN, with 100 amps rated bus bar , 4 way ,415 volts double door including one no MCB 63 Amp TPN. Make :Standard/Legrand/L&T.,Complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Disconnecting all existing electrical cannections and taking down carefully ceilling/ exhaust/cabin/wall fan of any make and sweep dismantlling blades, check for repairs required ( Note: Repairs/ Replacement of spares shall be carreied under appropriate items. for C/fan, Exhaust fan & Geysers repairs. The item will be taken down and brought to MES yard for repairs, i.e overoiling,rewinding,replacement of bush/bearing, brazing/machine work, painting and after testing at MES store yard Cost for transportation from site to MES store yard & vice versa is deemeed to be included under the rate.

Hanging/fixing only ceiling fans of any make and sweep connecting the complete with & including provision of copper conductor cord 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed 0.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose to fan connector and testing as directed and specified( Note: The fan shall be fitted with new set of clamps, rubber shackle split pins and top and bottom nut bolts etc.)

Hanging/fixing only exhaust/cabin/wall fan of any make or sweep connecting up complete with and including provision of copper conductor cord 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed from celing rose to fan connector & testing as directed and specified. ( Note: The fan shall be fitted with new set of washers, nuts, rubber packing etc.)

M & L for Opening up of fan, motor of fan, cleaning stator,rotor, cleaning of all parts greasing oiling of bushes and bearing reassembling and testing for smooth functioning for celling fan 1200 mm sweep Note;-rate shall be quoted for taking down & refixing of ceiling fn afterrepair work

All as per item No 24 but for Exhaust fan 300/375/450mm sweep

All as per item No24 but for wall/cabin fan 400 mm sweep

All as per item No 24 but for Table/pedastal fan 400 /600/750 mm sweep

M & L for removing the burnt winding and rewinding the fan with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge, insulating, putting sleeves etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for celing fan 1200 mm sweep

Disconnecting carefully water and electric connection from geyser, taking down carefully storage type water heater of any type and capacity and dismantling geyser by removing glass wool, thermostat, heating element for checking of defects, repalcement of defective thermostat, heating element of any capacity, indicating lamps (round/rectangular) flange assembly, top or bottom cover half round plate glass wool etc where required, cleaning of inner container by anti corrosive liquid removing scales repair by brazing, Re-assemblong of geyser and refixing at its original location and testing complete(Replacement of spares such as heating element , thermostat, indicating lamp, top and bottom cover, haalf round plate, glass wool heating flange assembly will be measured and paid under relevent items) all as directed

M&L for replacement of heating assembly (flange) made out of copper/steel as existing including heat resistance and leak proof gasket suitable for 25 ltrs capacity geyser all as directed Make : Ditzs/ Racold/ Shakti/Spheroat

All as per item No 40 above but for 35/50 lts capacity

S & F Power Board for 50/35 Ltr Digital Square water heater. Cat No ZOS-CHR-063 Make : Jaquar

S&F in repair thermostat having range 0 to 100 C for geyser as original size of 25/35/50ltrs capacity geyser sutiable for Ditzs/ Racold/ Shakti/Spheroat Make.

S&F in repair heating element 2 KW with round or triangular base for 50 ltrs capacity geyser sutiable for Ditzs/ Racold/ Shakti/Spheroat Make.

S&F in repair heating element 1.5 KW with round or triangular base for 35 ltrs capacity geyser sutiable for Ditzs/ Racold/ Shakti/Spheroat Make.

S&F in repair heating element 1 KW with round or triangular base for 25 ltrs capacity geyser sutiable for Ditzs/ Racold/ Shakti/Spheroat Make.

Servicing of Inverter single phase AC input 160 to 260 V and out put 230 + 1 % of capacity 5 KVA including making electric connection cost of replacement of any related part for smooth functioning of the inverter is deemed to be included under quoted rate.

Servicing of voltage stabilisers of capacity 5 KVA copper wounded for automatic operation single phase 230 Volt 50 cycle AC supply suitable for incoming voltage 170 to 280 volts stabilized between 200 to 230 volts complete with servicing to low and high voltage cut off device 2 to 3 minute "delay" relay and 5 seconds "off" delay having provision of instant start switch, volt meter and indicating lamps complete including fixing arrangements all as directed.
