Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling , partitions etc. saw and fixed in position:Budloo/Fir wood.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc complete (50mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate. (Including all carriages and leads).

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floor 40mm wide with 4 mm thick.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding roack) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 mm and lift up 1.5 m.

Providing and fixing ceiling with 6 mm thick ply in true Horizontal level including all accessories but excluding cost of frame work. (frame work to be paid extra)

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade. New steel work ( two or more coats)

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work(hard and soft wood) .Polishing on wood work with readymade wax polish of approved brand & manufacture on new work .

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work. Wood work.
