M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of roof including cleaning the surface by using wire brush/pressure hose and applying high performance polyurethane liquid membrane roof casting cold in two coats @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm with spray/brush an elogation of 300% to 700% and tensile strength not less than 3 N/Sqm as per ASTM D412 and ASTM D2370, crack bridging ability of 3.5mm as per ASTM C 1305, shore a hardness of not less than 60 as ASTMD 2240. The item includes epoxy prime applied @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm and a geotextile of 40 GSM to be applied over first coat while first coat is still wet complete as per manufacturer's instruction and sound engineering practice complete all as specified and directed. Note - work shall be executed by authorized applicator of manufacture as per manufacturer's instructions and roof height upto double storey building.

Supply only integral water proofing compound liquid admixture for mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of roughened surface of sunken floor by brushing with wire brush to remove all dirt and applying a coat of cement slurry with 3.00 kg of cement per sqm and rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 using WPC finished rough (Sunken floor/Wall) and then applying two course treatment as follow:- (i) Applying bitumen primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm.
