Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door: Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from un-plasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections.Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outerframe 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with allcorner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: All the hardware like friction stays, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should be designed so that they cannot be released from outside. Glazing: The window system should be glazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lam Installation: The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass through the reinforcement chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug.

Supply, fabricating & fixing in position of M.S door of size 0.0.9 x 2.10m. The outer frame will be 25 x 25 x 3mm angle, the side frame with outer bars and M.S Sheets 1.60mm thick 20gauge MS sheet with necessary hinges, tower bolt, aldrop length 30mm and hold fast etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Paving the floor with scrach proof ceramic tiles size 305X305 cm thick laid in cement mortar 1:2, 20 mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/m2 mixed with colouring pigments to suit the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints etc. complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by Departmental Engineers.

Weathering course with brick jelly lime concrete 32:12.5 in pure slaked lime using 20mm brick jelly and 0.23 x 0.23 x 0.02 size of pressed tiles and pointing with cement morter 1:3 mix including all labour and materials complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Finishing with top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cmx20cmx2cm of approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One part of cement and three part of sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same water proofing compound mixed with cement motar ,red oxide, etc Complete as per standard specification.

Dadooing sides of walls with glazed tiles of size 0.2x0.2x0.006m using cement mortar 1:3 and pointing with coloured cement etc., complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by Departmental Engineers.

Supplying and fixing in position best white glazed earthenware Oriya type INDIAN WATER CLOSET of approved quality of size 584mm with 'P' or 'S' trap and embedding the closet with trap to shape in position with 40mm brick jelly concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, two sand and five brick jelly) and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving connection to the C.I. soil stracks by dismantling the masonry floor or RCC works and redoing the same to the original condition without anyleakage etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. ( The water closet should be got approved by the Executive engineer before use on work )

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers Complete as per standard specification.

Supply and delivery and fixing of 2000 Litre HDPE tank as per IS 12701 / 1996 including loading, unloading, transportation and labour charges for fixing of the GI pipes and specials for pipe connection works including cutting, threading and fixing charges etc.,

Wiring with 2X1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated sc unsheathed Cu.conductor cable of 1100 V grade in suitable heavy gauge MS conduit pipe concealed in wall and ceiling with MS accessories with switch box with 5A F.T. switch(two way) in flush with wall and convered with 3mm thick hylem sheet for MS switch box with continous earth wire connection of 14 SWGTC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed stair case light point/Fan Point (SD.NO.22)
