Providing and fitting of Control Panel for Oxygen Plant at GMC, Kathua. The panel shall be installed for providing mains power to 02 nos. of OMOG through new proposed 630 kVA Electrical Sub Station. Specifications of panel are as under: a. The panel shall be designed for an input supply of 415V + 15% AC three phase 50 ± 3% HZ. b. The cubicles shall have sheet metal and totally enclosed, indoor, floor mounted type, dust and vermin proof. c. The panel shall be complete in all respects including continuous earthing strip/wire of appropriate capacity, which shall be connected to the existing earthing system. All connections inside the panel shall be made of Aluminium bus bars duly insulated with insulation tapes. The Panel shall be stove enamel painted both on inside and out-side in pleasing tone. Each section of the panel shall be provided with fool-proof safety measures, interlocks for safety of equipment and operating personnel during operation, maintenance and over hauling. A soft rubber gasket shall cover all openings. INCOMING FEEDER CONSISTING OF: a. One No. 800 Amps MCCB of L&T, Schneider, Siemens make with internal magnetic setting for overload and short circuit etc. b. R, Y, B L.E.D’s indicating three phases each. TWO MAIN OUTGOING FEEDERS CONSISTING OF: a. Two Nos. out-going for 02 Oxygen Plant(s) by providing 250Amp. M.C.C.B of L&T, Schneider, Siemens make in each out going. b. Multi-function meter indicating VLL, VLN, A, F, PF, RPM, A peak of L&T / AE make along with R,Y,B LEDs indicating three phases in each outgoing. c. Provision for making connections with existing control panel through a standby provision, by extending bus bars through a separate enclosure on top of the panel. The same shall be housed inside the panel. Complete job includes cost of material, labour, tools & tackles charges, hire charges of equipment and transportation charges.

Providing and fitting of Al. armoured cable 400 sq.mm. 3 ½ core between the AVR Panel 2 to AMF Panel 2 of DG Set and from AMF panel to control panel of Oxygen Plant (approx. 100 m). Job includes crimping of thimbles at both ends of the cable and properly insulating the ends with insulation tape and then making connections by means of nuts and bolts of appropriate size and testing the cable on full load. Complete Job includes cost of material, labour, tools and tackles charges and transportation charges.

Modification of the Oxygen Plant Room by way of removing all the connections of 02 no AVRs and then shifting the 02 no AVRs from the Plant Room to outside the room with the help of Manual labour and Hydra Machine and then placing the 02no. AVRs outside on the MS Angle Frame Stands of size 5’x 3’x 1’ and then making the shed of size 15’ x 6’ with height 8’ for the AVRs for their protection. The job includes all the labour charges, the cost of material and all tools and tackles required to complete the job along with all allied works.

Providing and fitting of industrial exhaust fans of 4ft size for improvement of ventilation of Oxygen plant room. Job includes grouting the foundation bolts on walls (atleast 04 nos.) for each exhaust fan and then mounting the exhaust fan on walls. Job also includes making electrical connections to the fan from the nearest electrical point by means of P/F of double core al. cable of appropriate size and testing the exhaust fan. Complete Job includes cost of labour, material, tools and tackles and transportation charges.
