Removing dry or oil bond distemper,water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand preparing and praprig the surface smooth including necessary repairing to scratches etc.complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness , of approved brand and manufacture,over the plaster wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (1mm thick)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of apprved brand and manufacturer on wall surface

Distempering with first quality acrylic distemper ( ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50gms /litre, two or more coats on new work of approved brand and manifacture of required shade and colour complete as per manifactire specifications.

Distempering with first quality acrylic distemper ( ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50gms /litre, of approved brand and manifacturer including applying additional coates were ever required to achieve even shade and colour one or more coates

Finshing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade. I.Old work (two or more coats apply@ 1.67 liters /10 Sqm)

Painting steel work with synthetic enamel paint of required shade to give a even shade one or more coats on old work

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors and windows using 4mm thick float glass panes including ISI marked MS pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws in 1st class KD wood (35mm thick)

French sprit polishing of approved brand and manufacturer on old wood work,two r more coats,including removing dust , dirt and sand papering and fiiling with appropriate material where ever required to make the surface smooth.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer of required colour to give an even shade ( one or more coats on old wood work)
