It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

In the case of death of a contractor after executing / commencement of the work, his legal heir, if an eligible registered contractor and willing can execute and complete the work at the accepted tender rates irrespective of the cost of work

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditors reports for the last five years

During the time of technical evaluation, if the employer finds that any certification/ information furnished is false, such bidders will be disqualified and barred from participation in the bid

The intending bidders are advised to visit the site of work before submitting their tenders

Any Modification/ corrections will be published in the kpp-portal. The bidders are advised to visit the kpp-portal web site regularly

All negative tenders will be rejected, quotes cannot be lower than the tendered amount.

There will be No owner - labour relationship between Nigam & employees deployed by the bidder/ agency

Employees deployed for this service shall not be paid less than the minimum wage set forth in the Minimum Wage Act/ Labour act. Any revision in the minimum wages from the Dept of Labour shall be applicable.

Bidder shall be prepared to wait for payments due to lack of grants and administrative delays. For this reason, bidder shall not withhold wages to be paid to employees.

The amount put to tender is Exclusive of GST and the tenderer should quote Without GST. However, GST will be paid at Prevailing rate during billing. The increase in GST shall not be paid in extended period of contract for which reasons for delay are attributable to the contractor as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time

Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. The officer competent to accept the tender shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under, Assessed available tender capacity is (A x N x 5.0 - B) where A is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years at 2025 26 price level updated to the Financial year in which tender is invited taking into account the completed as well as works in progress, N is Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited. ie., 365 Days (1 year), B is Value, at 2025 26 price level (updated to the Financial year in which the tender is invited) of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 365Days (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited).

Supply of manpower for water management of said canal works for filling of tank filling works. Supply of manpower for water management of Distry canal (Including Sundays General holidays), and when required by Nigam.

The successful bidder shall provide the communication facility (i.e, mobile phone).

The agency should make their own arrangements for providing accommodation & conveyance to location, for their labour

The agency shall engage the labour who is having their Aadhar card & bank account with IFSC code as per the statutory requirement of EPFO

The contractor shall comply with all relevant acts, rules by-laws, regulations and all other statutory requirements of local or other authorities, jurisdiction having over the areas and shall be responsible for the payment of all fees and other charges and giving & receiving of all necessary notices and keep the department informed of the said compliance with such acts, rules by-laws, regulations, statutory requirements, payments made notice issued and received

The agency shall provide replacement for the labour, in event of his sickness absence or availing leave, National holidays, weekly off and his provision is provided in the scope of contract

Clause-33 payment: same clause -33read as para maintained in the as per GO FD 678 Exp-1/23Bengaluru Dated: 06.06.2025(Latest Modification)

The tenderer must submit the EPF and ESI documents paid to the employees appointed for the service along with the bill, as well as the documents showing the minimum wage paid to the bank online.

The organization must adhere to all current regulations and make mandatory statutory deductions, submitting the details to the Division/Sub-Divisional Office on a monthly basis

The Increase in GST shall not be paid in extended period of contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for delay as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time.

All tenderers are required to strictly adhere to labour regulations when providing employees.

The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful tenderers will be returned within 30 days of the end of the tender validity period specified in DTP.
