25 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and rough without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Coloured heavy duty ultra Chequered cement concrete tiles (Glossy finished), machine pressed, factory made of size 30mm X 30mm X 25-30mm) thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement mixed with pigment, laid including and over 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Wall cladding tiles (stone series) 300mmx 450mmx8-10mm thick or 300x600x8-10mm thick or size as approved by Engr-in-charge on exterior wall surface design as in vertical surfaces of walls, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces works in cement mortar 1:3 finished rough for receiving tiles, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Vitrified tiles (light shade) of 10mm thick coloured (area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm) as in floors jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the existing surfaces over and including 15 mm thick screed bedding/ backing layer in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Vitrified Dura stone tiles of size 300mmX300mmX10mm thick as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Coloured glass mosaic tiles of size 25mm x 25 mm x 5mm or any other size as approved for Swimming Pool following SOP for walls and floor with white cement based high performance high strength tile adhesive mixed with latex admixture ( MYK LATICRETE 335 OR ARDIFLEX S1 WHITE of Ardex endura ) or other equivalent approved by GE and jointed & pointed with epoxy tile grout ( MYK LATICRETE SP 100 or equivalent) to fill the wide joints of glass mosaic tiles and pointed in matching colour with the colour of tiles using water proofing tile in vertical & horizontal surfaces all to manufacturer’s printed instructions and laid to approved pattern on backing screed (screed bed measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (a) Tile design sample has to be produced by the contractor and passed by GE before application. (b) For bonded screeds the concrete base, concrete floor should be water washed with jet so as to remove any contaminants such as oils, shutter release agents and curing agents. Any laitance arising through the application of the concrete should be removed mechanically. The surface should be wetted for several hours (preferably overnight), any excess water removed by brushing off. Within a period of 30 minutes (less in hot weather) before the screed is laid, a thin layer of neat cement slurry of creamy consistency should be brushed into the surface of the concrete base and the screed placed and compacted whilst the slurry is still wet. A proprietary bonding agent may be used instead of the slurry or a proprietary bonding admixture may be used in the slurry.

Under tile water proofing membrare in two layers and over screed bed floor and wall finishes of swimming pool mosaic tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : WPM 002 of Adrex Endura or Dr. Fixit Fastflex or equivalent as approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15-25 mm epoxy resin based ready mix mortar with guneting process or with pressure pump in screed bed for laying floor and wall finishes of swimming pool mosaic tiles in single or double layer as required over concrete surfaces including making groove of appropriate size, on other than fair faces of concrete/brick surfaces (internal surface) and finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

25-30 mm Thick Polymer modified fiber reinforced ready mix mortar in screed bed using guniting process for laying floor and wall finishes of swimming pool mosaic tiles in single layer concrete surfaces including making groove of appropriate size, on other than fair faces of concrete/brick surfaces (internal surface) and finished even & smooth witjhout using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Grouting, providing 12 mm dia holes of 75mm deep @0.6 m c/c at junction of beams and columns as co-ordinal points for inserting/pouring mixture of ready made epoxy grout by pressure grouting for column, beams and slabs, including sealing the holes with Polymer modifed cement as above all as specified and directed. Make: Smart Care Tile Grout - Epoxy based by Asian Paints, Berger Home Sheid Tile Grout, Shalimar as approved by GE.

Diving boards in swimming pool (design/pattern as approved by Engr-in-charge) including all connected accessories / works, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Stainless steel grade 304 decorative designer railings, staircase, grills, covers, sitting place, shed etc. (design and pattern as approved) made out of SS pipes mirror or wire brush finish, SS flats (plane or chequred) & SS plates cutting to desired shape, 1D Finish etc. complete with and including required cutting, notching organ welding, riding and drilling counter sunk holes, as required and bending to required shape by mechanical means in factory as per site requirement without forming wrinkles and butting and buffing / polishing fixing with necessary nut bolts and fixtures and filling the holes with mircro concrete, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

12mm thick, toughened glass clear or frosted for door shutters, partitions, shelves etc including fitting and fixtures such as glass handles SS studs, fittings for door pivots including SS locks, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 10 mm thick CM 1:4 mortar backing for fixing the stone slab, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

Granite stone slab 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:3) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of marble laid over & including 15 mm thick rendering/screed bed in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or gorged into spikes, framed guard bar, barred iron doors; ladder, framed balusters; railing; frame work for water tanks, cooler stand etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290 or Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking up, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3 kg/Sqm including 15mm thick screeding in CM (1:3) finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately). Applying bituminous primer on roof surfaces @ 0.40 ltr/Sqm and applying one coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and provide modified polymeric APP (Atactic Polypropylene) Modified Polymeric Membrane with 100 micron high molecular high density polyethylene film. Min wt of membrane will be 3.50 Kg/Sqm and bonded completely to the surfaces with min end overlap of 15 cms and side lap 75 mm (overlaps to be bounded with thermo fused by flame) and over APP applying one coat of hot blown bitument 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- Charge. Note :- Water proofing treatment will be done by manufacturer of APP membrane or through their authorised specialized agency/applicator which will further have to rectification of any defect if incurred at a later stage, otherwise no payment shall be made to the contractor if water proofing treatment is executed otherwise.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for Brick work with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
