Repair and Paint Work of Community Hall in Ward No. 142 of Hawa Mahal-Amer Zone Area

(14.1.1) Brick masonry work with First class FPS bricks (min. 10.5 Mpa) in cement mortar with mechanical mixer in substructure/ super structure at all levels complete as per clause 1300 and 2200 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, scaffolding etc but excluding pointing and plastering.In cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

(40.25) Scraping & Removing of white wash/ distemper/algli etc. from plain plaster & surfaces gently with care to keep intact the old designs.

(14.5.2) Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) on Brick/stone work in substructure/ super structure at any height complete as per clause 1312 of MoRT&H specification including all material, labour, scaffolding etc.20 mm plaster on stone work

(32.15) Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

(32.30.1) Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.

(29.26.2) Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

(32.50.1) Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

(34.7) Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in-charge. Internal work - Exposed on wall

(34.18.1) Providing and fixing ball valve (brass) of approved quality, High or low pressure, with plastic floats complete : 15 mm nominal bore

(34.47) Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI : 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank

(34.53.2) Providing and fixing PTMT bib cock of approved quality and colour. 15 mm nominal bore, 122mm long. Weighing not less than 99 gms

(29.12) Providing and fixing factory made ISI marked steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators side /top /centre hung with beading and all members such as F7D, F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. complete of standard rolled steel sections, joints mitred and flash butt welded and sash bars tenoned and rivetted with 15x3mm lugs, 10cm long, embedded in cement concrete blocks 15x10x10cm of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) or with wooden plugs and screws or rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with bolts and nuts as required, including providing and fixing of hinges, pivots, float glass panes with glazing clips and special metal sash putty of approved make and a priming coat of approved steel primer excluding the cost of metal beading and other fittings except necessary hinges or pivots complete as per approved design.

(66.1) Providing & Fixing of IP20 SMD Mid Power LED batten with integrated box(min.1200mmx40mmx60mm including reflector) with replacable driver fixture made from Powder coated Extruded aluminium housing ,Min. lumen output 4400 lm, System lumen efficacy ≥ 110 lm/Watt output, internal surge protection of 4.0 KV with Short & Open circuit protection,THD < 10% , P. F.≥0.95, CRI >80 , life time of minimum 50000 Burning Hours with , 70% of intial Lumen maintaned till life ends , CCT 3000°K / 4000°K / 5700°K /6000°K/6500°K (As per ANSI Bin) , Maximum power consumption should not more than the specified rating and Fixture shall be of BIS standard and trade mark certificate ( T.C.). Manufactures Word Mark/ Name Engraved/ Embossing/ Screen printing on housing. OEM must have its own in house NABL lab setup for all testing facilities for LED fixtures. (LM79 & LM80) certificate / Report from OEM shall be submitted. All as per pre approved by Engineer incharge. (64.7.1) Providing & Fixing of BEE Star rated copper wounded double ball bearing capacitor start, aluminium body & Metallic blade ceiling fan Conforming to all the performance requirements laid down in IS 374:2019 including all amendments, as applicable ; & Carry BIS licensing (i.e. ISI marking) with down rod up to 80 cm with secondary support safety cable ( steel rope) , cotter pin with 3 x 1.5 sq.mm pvc insulated flexible copper conductor making connection testing etc. as required. All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. (64.1) P & F 1.2mm thick M.S. Recessed fan box, hexagonal/ round of size 130 mm dia, depth 75mm, 12 mm dia rod fan hook with 100 mm length extended on each side . (64.13.3) Providing & Fixing of of ventilating fans Capacitor start, copper wounded, single phase with PVC impeller, ABS body, automatic openable louver shutter in existing opening including making connection, testing etc. as required. (50.2) Wiring of twin control light / Fan / Call bell point with 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor 1.1 kV grade and 1.5 sq. mm nominal size FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper earth conductor 1.1 kV grade (IS:694) in recessed/surface ISI marked ( IS:9537 P - II ) rigid steel conduit & it's ISI marked (IS:14768 P-II 2003) accessories, round tiles, 2 Nos Hot Dipped Galvanized Modular box of 1.2 mm thick with earth terminal, 2 Nos 10A two way Modular switch, 3 pin ceiling rose / holder / 3 way connector ,Modular face plate with grid plate, screws, pvc bushes, check nuts, making connections, testing etc. as required. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test reports & All as per pre approved by Engineer incharge. (55.2.1.2) Providing & Fixing of 240/415 V isolator ISI marked IS:13947III/conforming to IEC 60947-3, suitable for AC22A utilization category, 4KV impulse withstand voltage, true contact indication, Red colour dolly / lever shall have single mould covering overall poles for operation , two position din rail mounting, minimum phase termination capacity of 35sq.mm. IP 20 contact protection and fitted in existing distribution board / sheet including making connections, testing etc. as required. OEM shall have submit NABL / CPRI / ERDA accrediated lab type test reports & All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge.For additional technical parameters of product / work refer Annexure 'A' attached with this BSR Double pole isolator 63A rating

(9.1) Providing and fixing of 60mm thick precast cement concrete interlocking paver block casted with rubber moulds in approved reflective colour and design having minimum compressive strength of 300 kg/ sq cm. The CC paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fine sand. Laying procedure on compacted sub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in-charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead & Lifts etc. complete as per specifications.
