Supply and fixing steel sheleves for alimrah large steel with necessary clips, screw etc, including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat red oxide primer and takeing down old unsericeable shelves complete all as specified and as directed

Removing down and providing spot welding/continuous welding where required for repairing Joints, door hinges, bottom legs corners and other minor repairs like fixing of sheet etc for almirah Large/Med and Locker Bed side, tables etc.

M&L for preparation of existing painted steel surface. The surfaces shall be thoroughly cleaned of dirt, fluxing material and scrapped with hand scraper followed by wire brushing or by blow lamp and finally sand papering the surface to remove all scales and rust. The surface shall then be wiped finally with mineral turpentine to remove oil, grease etc. If any dents and scratches shall be filled with using a good metal putty knife pressing and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over green/phirozi blue as required shade card of Asian/Nerolac paint colour (spray painting ) for the following :-

(a) Almirah large steel with selves

(b) Almirah large steel 1/2 H 1/2 SH

(c) Almirah medium steel with selves

(d) Locker bedside steel

(e) Shoe Rack Steel

(f) Book Shelf Steel

Applying 02 coats of synthetic enamel paint over green colours ( spray painting to steel parts of table office officers /clerks including scrubbing down in rusted steel surface and giving one coat of red oxide primer to rusted surface , after carrying out sheet metal repair works such as removing dents, minor welding works, applying metal paste / putty etc.for table :-

Recanning of chair veranda with not less than 4 mm wide slightly round white plastic cane including painting the chair with one coat of white enamel paint after preperation o f old surface all as directed Drg No FD -19(M)
