Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

(a) Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

(a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights:

(a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

(b) Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand)

Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. etc. as required :-a) In grating, frames, guard bar, ladders, railing, brackets, gates ,antenna fixture, cable tray and similar works. ( Note: Rate includes providing and fixing cable tray, its support and antenna fixture, cable ladder (horizentally and vertically) and/or any other steel work item releated to commission of tower & BTS as per drawing and direction of the Engineer - in - charge made from M.S.high density structural members like angles, flats, round / square bars, tees, channels, gusset plates, joists, rivets, G.I.Pipes bolts & nuts, washers etc. Nothing extra shall be payable for special fabrication, erection and fixing of the above steel built up sections in position at any height of the tower or any building by bolts and nuts or by site-welding.)

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete.

Providing and fixing Galvanized bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Labour charges for checking all nuts, bolts, tightening the same, replacement of demaged nut if any, fitting fixing new nuts wherever missing or necessary in the 60 m steel tower.(Payment for providing and fixing new nuts and bolts shall be made separately but quoted rate shall be treated as inclusive of labour's safety and insurance charges etc. )

Hot dip Galvanising as per IS 4759 of M.S.structural members viz. Angles , Tees, Flats ,Channels,Plates etc. as per requirement including carriage of materials to and from plant as per direction of Engneer in Charge.
