Metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with spacer channel of cold formed channel section size 150x75x5 mm and 330 mm(One hundred fifty into seventy five into five milimetre) and (three hundred thirty milimetre) long (made from ISI Marked HR coils conforming to IS : 5986/2011 ) , All the above components shall - conform to clause 810 of MORTH &H specifications including all fittings required for erection on road side W-Beams, Posts , Spacers shall not be hot dip galvanised with Zinc coating of 550 gm/Sqm(five hundred fifty gramt/swquare metre). All bolts , nuts and washers shall be hot dip galvanised to IS :1367 pt-XIII/1983 ( Reaffirmed 2011 ) for bolts and IS 14394/1996 ( reaffirmed 2011 ) for nuts including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.
