TENDER FOR THE WORK OF FABRICATING THE NEW Y ANGLE USING 50MMX50MMX6MM AND ERECTION OF THE RAZOR BLADE ROLL FENCING ON THE BHEEMA RIVER RETAINING WALL UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF AEE(K-O&M)1-1 T.K.HALLI.

In figures

fabricate the new Y angle frame by using 50mm x 50mm x 6mm with proper degree of inclination by maintaining the minimum 50cm width between two 50*50*6mm angles at the top and weld these angles to the existing metal poles at an intervals of 2m. Make the holes and rectangle gap for barbed wire attachment on both sides of the Y angle. Run the barbed wire on both sides of the angles along the bank of canal and fix properly by using binding wire or by welding. Supply and Erect the 7 lanes x 75 meter length of razor blade roll fencing between the angles of size 2 feet width in round shape and bind the fencing properly by using binding wire. After completion of fixing and erection of barbed wire fencing & razor blade fencing, apply the anti-corrosive enamel paint on the base coat of red oxide paint. This work includes all required tools, machines, power, Labour charges,Also it includes all necessary safety precautions during the execution of the above said work.

Terms and Conditions:

All the works should be carried out as per KPPP Act and as per specification or as directed by the Engineer- in-charge.

Rates quoted above are including clearance of the site (prior to commencement of work and its completion) in all conditions of site, moisture, weather etc.

The Board reserves the right to bifurcate the work and entrust if warranted and if found expedient and advantageous to the Board of lowest approved rates.

The BWSSB reserves the right to accept or reject any OR all of the tenders without assigning any reason.

Rates should be quoted exclusive of all taxes(GST), insurance and freight charges.

Rates should be quoted by the contractor/firm on Item war basis both in figures and in words.

The payment will be made after completion of work.

The firm should upload turnover certificate which is counter signed by chartered accountant.

The firm should have requisite man power, machineries at their disposal to complete the work within the stipulated period, the necessary documents should be enclosed.

The firm has to upload "Form of tender" in the standard format or otherwise the tender will be liable for rejection.

The Contractor/Contractors should possess valid caste certificate.If the participated firm has more than one contractor (Partners) in the firm, then all the partners or members of the firm shall belong to the Same Category as the case may be.

The contractor/contractors/firm who are belongs to Category-2A are only eligible to participate in this Tender and should possess the valid caste/domicile Certificate.

The caste certificate & the domicile certificate is mandatory to be uploaded in e- procurement portal as per GO No.FD 876.Exp-12/2017 Bangalore Dt:10.10.2017
