Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B -0, 25 mm thick using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregates as in floor/ sub floor concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC sunken slab(including demolition of overlying material excluding tile, refixing existing pipe or other accessories as per site conditions) as specifiied below and directed by Engr-In-Charge:- 1.Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 using WPC on raised vertical surface. 2. Cleaning surface with wire brush/coir brush, removing loose material like dust particles, dirt etc. 3. Creating fillet covering of 50x50 mm with Polymer modified mortar on the juction of slab and wall. 4. Apply first coat of two component modified polymer coating on the horizontal and vertical surface (upto ht. as required). 5. Provision of glass fibre mesh of 2mmx2mm immediately on above coating. 6. Supply and fixing complete set of LED mirror light fitting 1 x 12 watt to 17 watt, 230 volts, including LED lamp with driver complete suitable for fixation on wall with body retrofit corrosion resistant superior finish and without any cracks through holes with all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size as per specification including taking down old unserviceable light fittings of any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying well burnt clay bricks old size class 'B' laid dry and flat for protection over the cable with equal to the length of cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 Core in trenches / floors / wall and under road including connecting with suitable aluminium lugs and incuding taking up defective unserviceable cable of the any sizes all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Earth work, Sand cushioning, GI pipe and brick for protection to be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing LED street light fittings 25 watt LED drawn aluminium housing in grey finish with clear acrylic and cast aluminium pipe mounting attachment including fixing to wall/ on pole including fixing arrangement with suitable galvanized iron pipe 32mm to 40mm bore light grade brackets 1 mtr length bent to shape required including clamps, nuts/ bolts/ washers etc connecting with suitable flexible copper wire of size 23/0.0076 testing as per specification including taking down old unserviceable light fittings of any type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MS clamp of size 40mm x 3mm for holding of GI pipe with pole and wall complete with nuts, bolts and washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of clamps, nuts, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directred by Engineer-in-Charge. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note : A sum of Rs. 24,362.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
