Dismantling , removing and carefully stacking lime concrete etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and filling the Brick Jelly Lime Concrete1:2:5 using 40mm brick jelly in Lime Mortar 1:2 -10cu.m. including conveyance loading and unloading charges and all other incidential charges filling laying watering and consolidation etc., complete as directed by the Dept., Officers with standard specification.

Clearing removals of cement plaster from walls as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M-Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing, mixing, laying polymer based water proofing treatment for the Sunken Toilet / Lift well/ OHT Rcc wall by applying cement based, flexible, waterproofing compound confirming to IS:2645, to a thickness of 1mm of the prepared surface of the roof slab / floor slab as per specifications mentioned above providing cement mortar 1:3, waterproofing cover plaster to a thickness of 12mm over the membrane coating with admixture of approved make. Rate quoted is inclusive of preparation of surface, which includes cleaning of surface polymer mortar curing, labour, tools and equipment, etc. Rate inclusive of grouting with cement and sand required for the treatment, the cost and labour charges for fixing 25mm dia pressure pipes 15kg/cm2 to a length of 45cm for drip pipes, etc. complete.

Flooring with following Designed ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M-Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing in positon Indian Water Closet (Oriya type) of size 580 x 440mm white glazed earthern ware of approved quality and brand with "P" or "S" trap conforming to BIS with sand cushion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 (One lime, Two M-sand and Five brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including giving necessary connection to CI soil pipes (including the cost of 100mm dia CI pipe for a length of 600mm) by dismantling brick masonry wall / reinforced cement concrete roof / floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to the original condition with leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Renewing and refixing in position white / colour glazed European Water Closet of best quality and approved make with 100 mm "P" or "S" trap connecting with CI pipe of 100mm dia / PVC pipe of 110mm dia, double flapped rigid PVC black seat and seat cover with CP brass hinges including cost of white cement, cement for packing, spun yarn, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., including supplying and fixing 10 litres capacity PVC low level flushing tank with a pair of CI brackets, etc., complete with all fittings such as 15mm brass ball valve with polythene float with brass handle, union, coupling connected by means of 40mm white PVC flush hand using Indian adopter joint including all internal fittings such as 15mm brass connections, 15mm GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple (2 Nos.), 15mm nylon connection, TW plugs, screws and also giving necessary connection to the PVC pipe including cost of 600mm length of 110mm dia PVC pipe and painting the CI brackets with 2 coats of approved paint over one coat of red oxide primer, dismantling the masonry and re-doing the dismantled masonry to original condition etc. complete complying with standard specifications. (The EWC and flushing tank wiht all accessories should be got approved by the Executive Enginer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing position CI Nahani Trap / Floor Trap of the following sizes with best stainless steel gratings of approved brand and quality, fixed over a bed of brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:5 (One part of lime, two part of sand and five part of 40mm gauge brick jelly) and finished with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement, Three M-sand) including dismantling masonry works wherever found necessary and making good the dismantled portions to the original condition and giving connection to the CI / PVC pipes, etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The Nahani Trap should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of 75mm dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below ground level

Supplying and fixing in position PVC cowls of following dia of best approved quality conforming to BIS, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC cowl should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg. / sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3.0 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Renewing and refixing in position of 15mm dia brass Pillar tap (heavy duty) of approved make conforming to BIS specifications and quality including cost of shellac, thread, etc., complete complying with standard specification and including cutting and threading wherever necessary. (Taps should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on the works)

Supplying and fixing in position CP shower rose with CP stop cock arrangement of size 15mm dia inlet and 100mm outlet to the pipe line with necessary cutting, threading and jointing using shellac etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers (The CP shower rose should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supply of CP Angle Cock Tap of approved quality and make to IS Specification (Gross weight shall not be less than 400grams) and etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply of 1-1/4" waste hose of approved quality and make etc complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply of 1-1/2" connection of approved quality and make etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Clearing surface throughly with water and remove all the impurities and loose terrace pointing, flanks, fungus growth etc., by suitable mechanical means like scrapping or wire brushing & renewing the pointing of the terrace tile joint with cement mortor 1:2 and coating the joint by on chemical treatment with brush bond (Fosroc or Equivalent), two coats over sunshade etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Laying of screed Concrete using cement concrete mix 1:2:4 (One Cement Two Sand and Four Hard Broken Stone Jelly) using HBGS 6-10mm ISS metal for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the top of roof with one course of Solar Reflective ceramic tiles of size 305x305x7mm of approved quality set in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with Epoxy packing conforming to ISS including curing etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Repainting the walls Two coats of best Exterior Emulsion Paint with one coat of primer of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface, putty and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Repainting the old iron work two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour and brand including thorough scrapping preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Repainting the old wood work two coats in all floors with best Synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, colour and brand including ordinery scrapping, sand papering and preparation of surface including cost of bruses, high scaffolding charges neat finishing etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15mm dia casurina probs post of 4mm over all length (3m height + 0.50) projection + 0.50m into the ground the distance between the two rows being 1.25m and the spacing of post being 2.00m in both the row with two horizontal post with 0.50m over lap on either side sand braces at 2.00m centre to centre including longitudinal and transverse middle braces to setup and providing a platform with countrywood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
