Filling available excavated earth excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth with Local avaliable sand sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Brick work with modular extruded brunt fly ash clay sewer bricks (Conforming to IS: 4885 ) in foundation and plinth : Cement Mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia , having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, As per IS: 4454 upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with steel stapels/ U-nail and stel clip (of minimum thgickness 1 mm ) to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5 mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) Note:- The details of technical specification attached )

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved s;ze, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for scrapping, cleaning and straightening reinforcement from R.C.C. or R.B. work. kg 3.90

Lettering with synthetic enemel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Lettering to be made by cutting stencil and painted on the wall so that uniformity can be maintained on whole boundary)

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar

Taking away serviceable brick as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing uPVC pipe of 100 mm dia and 350mm length(working pressure 4 kg / cm 2) for making weep hole of boundary wall. Pipe to be fixed with cement mortar of 1:4 (1 Cement:4 Coarse sand) as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and making AAI logo of 450 mm height as per the tender drawing. Logo should be projecting out by 12 mm made of cement plaster of mix 1:3(1 Cement :3 Fine sand)and then painted with synthetic enamel paint in blue colour. (A sample of the Logo to be made and get approved by EIC and after getting approval only work to be continued)

Taking away existing dismantle/damaged concertina coil of boundary wall complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking away existing dismantle/damaged Angles of boundary wall complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of concertina coil with existing Y section including cutting Y angle, which may be inserted in column etc. all complete as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Provision of Pre-fabricated security counters of 1.2 m x 1.2m x 2.7 m to 3.00 m high all complete complete as per drawing, design and direction of the Engineer In charge .

Preparation and submission of structural design for foundation for 2400 mm high Brick wall having Top in Concertina Coil fencing laded in Y shaped Angle of Height 600 MM as per layout line drawings, i/c preparation of working drawing for elevation, foundation, column,plinth beams, Top Rcc panel etc. all complete regards the Boundary wall which shall be get checked & approved by RIT or any reputed Govt. institute etc. all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.
