M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, 75 mm thick, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with and including making joints 12 mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metres and at every change of direction and filling the same with & including bitumen 85/25 and sand in the proportion of (1:3 ) by weight complete all as specified and as directed.
