M&L for providing precast cover slab in 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5 m deep for foundation etc for manholes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m depth and getting out in any type of soil complete

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil etc complete.

Removing of demolition/excatated materials to a distance exc. 1.5 KM, but n.exc 5.0KM and depositing out side MD land.

Material and labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : The plinth protection shall be laid in panels and length of the each panel shall not be more than 2.00 metre all as directed. 6mm joints filled with 85/25 grade bitumen and sand (1:3 ratio) shall be provided. No deduction for joints shall be made while making payment against the above item.

Material and labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid block set in cement mortar type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exceeding 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble (Bangalore type), regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 all as specified

Finishing surfce of concrete pavements by brooming

Forming only 20 mm wide expansion joints in pavements 250mm thick and filling with bituminous pre formed filled board upto approx 35 to 40mm below the top surface of slab.

Cleaning of septic tank of the following capacity including removal of sludge /sewage water and disposal to outside MD land and covering with layer of earth and sprinkling adequate quantity of lime powder to avoid health hazard complete all as specified and as directed.

W/mk colour white fire performance of class-I as per BS 476 part 6 & 7 in module size of 600 x 600 x 16 mm thick suitable ofr green building appliation with recycled content of 38-41% with Armstrong silhouette profile exposed grid system with 15 mm white flanges incorporating 6 mm central reveal in white/black colour. Silhoutte, main runners & cross tees to have mitred ends & birdsmouth notches to provide mitred cruciform junctions. The Tee sections have a galvanising of 170 gms per sqm & passed through 500 hrs of salt test. M&L for pcc 1:2:4 type B0, 25 mm thick using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding finished even and smooth including demolition old concrete.

Disconnecting existing PVC tank of capacity 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required and reconnecting and re-fixing in position after cleaning, repair etc complete all as specified and as directed.
