Upkeeping and cleaning of shop floor and other NR building in the campus of work shop on daily basis Including coast of labour for day cleaning /dust removing doors , windows, mopping of floor, wall tiles removal of spider mats ,cleaning of wc pan, urinal pot, wash basin etc as when required exluding the cost of detergent ,harpic for cleaning toilets , napthalene ball for wash basing /urinal pot but including the cost of tool and plants like broom, bucket etc complet by engaging 09 unskilled labour and 01 nos sweeper per day.

Upkeeping and cleaning of adminitrative building in the campus of work shop on daily basis Including coast of labour for day cleaning /dust removing doors , windows, mopping of floor, wall tiles removal of spider mats , etc as when required exluding the cost of detergent ,harpic for cleaning toilets , napthalene ball etc. but including the cost of tool and plants like broom, bucket etc complet by engaging 02 unskilled labour per day.

Upkeeping and cleaning of community building in shakti nagar colony on daily basis Including coast of labour for day cleaning /dust removing doors , windows, mopping of floor, wall tiles removal of spider mats ,cleaning of wc pan, urinal pot, wash basin etc as when required exluding the cost of detergent ,harpic for cleaning toilets , napthalene ball for wash basing /urinal pot but including the cost of tool and plants like broom, bucket etc complet by engaging 01 no unskilled labour and 01 no sweeper per day.

Upkeeping and cleaning and Daily running operation of Trasit house (D/27) at urja nagar nagar colony on daily basis Including coast of labour for day cleaning /dust removing doors , windows, mopping of floor, wall tiles removal of spider mats, cooking serving, washing, of utensiles & crockeries etc as when required exluding the cost of detergent ,harpic for cleaning toilets , napthalene ball and all materialsetc but including the cost of tool and plants like broom, bucket etc complet by engaging 01 no helphar and 01 no cook per day.

Sweeping and cleaning of road surface with brooms and collection fo garbage etc. and disposal of the same to nearest dust bin with all leads and lifts on daily basis Including coast of labour for day cleaning but not exluding the cost of materials etc complet by engaging 03 unskilled labour per day.

Supplying of well developed hybrid seasonal flower in winter season like Merigold, Dahaliya, Danthus etc. at site including carriage etc. complete as per instruction of engg. incharge etc complet.(For Admn. Building, Canteen, Transite house, Community center and inside workshop).

Running operation of pump and valves including its day to day repair/maintenance etc. complete as per instruction of engg. incharge for one dayot but including the cost of tool and plants etc complet by engaging 01unskilled labour and 01 skilled labour per day.

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cow dung manurs at site including carriage etc. complete (Cow dung manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for payment )as per instruction of engg. incharge etc complet.

Cleaning of oil and grease trap including filling of oil and grease in empty drum and transport the same to charge off store of CEWS Gevra including loading and unloading and also cleaning of approch to trap and sorrounding area of trap including the cost of tool and plants etc complet as per instruction of Engg. incharge. ( Empty drums should be provided by department).

Removal of dry/slushy earth from drain/trench of any width of drain including removal of vegitation groth along drain /trench side and rubbish etc. and its collection of and disposal upto nearest dust bin with all lead and lift as per instruction of engg. incharge for one dayot but including the cost of tool and plants etc complet by engaging 02 unskilled labour per day.

Assistance to collection of scrap/unservicible materials from workshop sheds including loading and unloading of materials and handing of store materials etc as per instruction of Engg, incharge and engaging 02 unskilled labour per day.

Cleaning of wast materials from masonary tank inside workshop area including the cost of tool and plants etc complete as per instruction of Engg. incharge.

Maintenance of old pre - developed all types of grass, lawn, hedges, plotted plants, seasonal flower including cutting of grass uniformally level through site for proper shap and lawn must be free from unwnted vegitation, mowing, weeding, mannuring, watering etc. replacing damaged part,levelling of surface including tools and plants as required, tacklets, consumables, labours etc. but excluding mannure, seasonal flower and pesticides etc .complete as per instruction of engg. incharge by engaging 10 nos labour per day. (For Administrative building, Canteen area, inside of workshop, Transite house (D/27), and community center shakti nager colony)

Supplying of Phynile at site including carriage etc. complete as per instruction of engg. incharge etc complet.

Supplying of RCC Gamala stander size at site including carriage etc. complete as per instruction of engg. incharge etc complet.

Supplying of well developed hybrid decorative plants like Bidya, ashok etc. at site including carriage etc. complete as per instruction of engg. incharge etc complet.

Supplying of detergent powder at site including carriage etc. complete as per instruction of engg. incharge etc complet.

Supplying of Nepthlyn(Damar Goli) ball at site including carriage etc. complete as per instruction of engg. incharge etc complet.

Supplying of bash jahdu (Bamboo Broom )at site including carriage etc. complete as per instruction of engg. incharge etc complet.
