M&L for 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) as in floors etc complete all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as skirting,dados and riser to steps etc size 250mmx350mmx7mm/450mmx350mmx7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match laid over including 10mm thick plaster CM (1:3) complete all as specified.

M & L for joint free non-Skid whilte ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Baroda Green marble, machine cut as in shelves/steps/cills/jambs/skirting/border only in tile flooring and the like works and flooring etc, 15-16 mm thick including bull-nose the exposed sides/lengths, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab for fixing on concrete surfaces or with suitable adhesive for fixing on un-polished kota stone slabs including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing and including dismantling/demolition complete all as specified. Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves.
