Electrical Contractors License: The tendering firm must have valid Electrical Contractors License issued by any State Government in their own name or in the name of the firm. A copy of the license shall be uploaded along with the tender offer failing which the offer shall be summarily rejected. The license must be valid as on the date of opening of the tender. If the Electrical Contractors License has expired as on the date of opening of tender, the license renewal documents must be uploaded along with the copy of the license. The Contractor shall possess valid Electrical Contractor License throughout the currency of the contract and the Consignee shall confirm the same. The contractor shall ensure timely renewal of license

The technical eligibility criteria and financial eligibility criteria will not be applicable in case of bidders, who are either OEMs or sources approved by RDSO for related work contracts. This exemption shall be extended to PUs i.e ICF/RCF/MCF approved sources as per Rly. Bd's letter No2019/Elect (G)/165/1 dtd - 22.04.2020
