Charges for Annual Comprehensive maintenance of 4 Ton capacity Tower type AC machine with necessary accessories. (34 Nos. X 12 Month) = 408

***** TERMS & CONDITIONS*****

1. This comprehensive contract covers preventive & corrective maintenance of AC machines/spare parts as required so as to keep the AC machines operative/functioning round the clock. 2. This contract covers repair & replacement of any spares & accessories including compressor, blower motor, sheet metal body & repairing/replacement of condenser coil, capacitors, relay, thermostat, air-filters etc. as necessary. 3. The contract covers servicing of machines twice in a month or as required. 4. The contract covers thorough overhauling & painting of RAC/SRC at site once in a year positively. 5. The contract covers charging of refrigerant, as an when required. 6. The Technicians/labourer should have valid Electrical Workman's permit.

9. Working condition of “TIMER SWITCH” in each AC machine should be checked by the agency in everyday & if it is found non-functioning or bypass mode, it should be noticed in writing to the Assistant Engineer(EL)P.W.D immediately & should be recorded in the Log book. 10. The concerned Executive Engineer reserves the right to terminate the contract against one notice for non-satisfactory performance or other administrative reasons. 11. Transportation charges for carrying AC machines/spares from the site to work shop /work shop to site or as required will not be paid extra. 12. The philosophy of “Public Interest” would be the MOTTO of this all inclusive maintenance any deviation may be viewed otherwise.

13. Any inconvenience caused so far as performance of AC machine is concerned due to negligence in the part of the agency, if detected, will be liable to penalty. Quantum of penalty would be decided by EIC depending on the gravity of situation. 14. The agency must be equipped with a cell phone to look after the overall maintenance of the AC machines and interact with the officer, staff of PWD/Authority concerned. 15. Bill should be Bimonthly/Quarterly as per direction of EIC keeping at least one spare log book. 16.No extra charges will be paid except the rate quoted by the agency as per month basis for maintaining the above description terms & conditions.
