Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of automatic electrical boom barrier of 4 mtr, suitable for operating at 230 V +/- 5%, 50 Hz +/-5%, along with a pair of photo cells, sensors, push button, control panel etc. as required. The motor used shall be suitable of continuous operation. The boom shall be of aluminum or any superior material,with retro reflective warning red strips, with rubber pad for safety. The opening /closing time shall be not more than 5 s for 4 mtr barrier . The IP rating of the control unit shall not be less than IP 54. Suitable anti -corrosion treatment shall be done to the control unit enclosure system operating temperature shall be from - 10°C to +55°C shall have adjustable speed, mechanical lock. System shall be provided with open / close electronic limit switch. Installation shall include the works such as foundation for the system, excavation for the same, interconnections,which are part of the complete system.

Supply of maximum 90W LED Street light fitting with minimum output of 10800 lumens suitable for 160-270V, AC ,50Hz, PF>0.95.Luminaire should have pressure die cast Alminium LM6 housing,Luminaire should have dedicated street light secondary optics/lens for better uniformity & spacing with surge protection system. Luminaire should have Air Vents in housing for proper thermal management. Min IP protection should be IP65. System Power consumption (Including Driver Losses) should not exceed 90W, complete with all accessories as required. The fixtures should comply LM79 and LM 80 and other BEE/BIS guidelines/code for LED luminaries. The fitting should have manufacturers trade mark/name engraved/embrossing on die cast housing of fitting.The agency has to submit unconditional guarantee for 5 years in writing for LED fittings from original manufacturers.

ITC of 90W LED fittings on existing tubular Poles of height up to 9 mtr. including provision of 1.5 sqmm ISI Marked , FR PVC insulated, single core copper conductor connecting wires and mounting bracket complete as required.

ITC of Octagonal pole of 9Mtr length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 8.0 metre and upto 10.0 metre

Supply and fixing of loop in / loop out junction box with protection,made out of non metallic,chemical resistant,fire retardent material with 4 way Bakelite connector suitable to accommodate min.3.5 core, 16 sqmm cable alongwith 6 Amp MCB,locking arrangement complete in all respect as required on the GI pole with suitable size MS clamp including cable & wire termination(Make:Hensel KF166G or Equivalent approved make).

Supplying and embedding following dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required. 32 mm dia

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning , protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME /STONEWARE/ METAL pipe as required . Upto 35 sq. mm
