Pedestal

31.33 Supply and erection of Godrej Almirah typeM.S.pedestal made of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron frame with 3.00 mm thick M.S.sheet covering including shutters with suitable hinges and locking arrangement with Godrej type handle including round bars . The top covering should have downward overhang of 75 mm on all sides of pedestal , having two sets of water proof ventilation holes of suitable size on the sides , at top and bottom , each set containing four Nos. holes to discharge the heat produced by the current . The shutters fixed with rubber gasket of superior quality and of suitable size to make it water proof . The pedestal duly painted both inside and outside with two coats of approved paint and primary coat and its legs are embeded upto the entire depth in 1:2:4 cement concrete block , projected 75 mm all around the pedestal and and 200 mm above the ground level including the cost of all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work

31.33 (ii) M.S.pedestal of size 750 mm wide , 900 mm high , 300 mm deep and bottom totally open , duly embeded in cement concrete block of size 900 mm x 450 mm x 200 mm above ground level duly plastered with 12 mm thick 1:4 cement plaster , having a base of size 1050 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm below ground level

31.40 Supply and erection of PVC unsheathed copper conductor cable single core 1100 volts grade in pipe of suitable size excluding cost and erection of pipe

Luminaire loading fully motorized (power tool) with starter & cable complete along with standard accessories supplied by the manufacturer with 3 nos. steel wire rope double drum system and twin dome aviation light with LED without foundation but including cost of set of foundation nut and bolts, installation at site complete in all respect upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

NS-1 Supply and Erection of LED flood light fitting of Havells make JETA IRIS PLUS FL 250 W LED or its equivalent model & specification of Wipro / Phillips / HPL / C&S Elect. Make with pressure die cast alluminium housing, IP-65 reflector and enclosed with toughened glass with all accessories as supplied by the manufacturer including cost of all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

N.S - 2 Construction of RCC foundation for 20 mtr. high mast complete in all respect as per the appended design including the cost of digging sand filling 6" lean concrete 1:8:16 / bricks souling, Bar binding cement concret (M-20) shuttering, fixing of foundation bolts, refilling, carrying and erection of High Mast on foundation including petty material to complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge of work. (Foundation bolts and template to be supplied by department).

N.S - 3 Supply and erection of 32/63 Amp. 3 Phase automatic time switch of L&T make alongwith contactor of required capacity of L&T make movement controlled by precisaty quartz osciliation operation on main supply of continue to run on built in rechargeable nickel cadium cell for 150 hours in the event of power failure including cost of contractor complete in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work..

N.S - 4 Supply and erection of 0.3 KVA capacity inverter with SMF battery for aviation light in existing panel including the cost of labour charges and connections and petty material etc. for complete in all respect upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of work. Make of Invertor :- Lumineous / Microtek / Sukam - Make of Battery: Exide / Amron.

N.S - 5 Supply & erection of double door (Indo Asian / Havells / standard make) sheet steel enclosure distribution board (Suitable for MCCB as incomer and MCB for out going circuit but with out cost of MCCB / MCB etc. The distribution board duly recessed in wall / surface mounting necessary connections with all labour & material required to complete the job in all respect up to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge of the work.
