(A) Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 30 KVA net output at site after considering derating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brush less design with winding In pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of ± 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming" to BS 2613/5000 and shall be in position to generate supply with frequency regulation with in ± 1% tolerace. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/5000/ IS - 4722.

(B) Diesel Engine: - Adequate capacity Diesel engine suitable for 30 KVA coupled drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditons after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories, directly coupled through flexible type coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS - 5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under:- (i) Fly wheel with housing (ii) Cooling system :- Mounted radiator with fan & belts. (iii) Cooling Water pump: - Centrifugal type belt driven.

K) Acoustic enclosure: Enclosure Is free standing floor mounted factory built and moduiar in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed In sheet steel will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom built to suit conditions, with the following features:- i) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration. ii) Rugged in construction maintenance free and modular designs which facilitate easy at site. iii) 2 mm thick CRCA sheets to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathering action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absorption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets iv) Sheet metal components of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be bette life of the enclosure against weathering action.

v) Special paint treatment with pure polyester powder / epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. vi) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to pump up the heat in the chamber efficientlv. vii) For effective acoustic / weather sealing a special type weather seallnq qaskets, new frame rubber qaskets to used. viii) Working space is to be provided around the equipment for easy maintenance / repairs.

ix) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exist of fuel lines cable to be incorporated in the enclosure as per the requirement. x) A see through transparent window (glass or acrylic) In front of engine panel to provided for monitoring the operation. xi) Ducting if required, bellows, mechanical hardware like locks, hinges fasteners etc to be provided. xii) Deliverables.
