Maintenance of Various Sports Complexes

Sub-Station , DG Set,Compound/External lighting, Pump set & IEI Running Operation & routine maintenance of Sub-station Equipment (having Transformers 400 KVA,11 KV/415V Indoor type - 1 No. i/c HT Panel, L.T. Panels, Capacitor Panels & Floor Panels etc.), 1 No. of 125 KVA & 1 No. of 100 KVA D.G. sets ( i/c other allied panels), Internal Electrical Installations (IEI), External Lighting (including high mast lighting), Submerbile Pumps etc. by deploying following staff as per inventory and additional Terms and conditions attached etc.complete as reqd. a) Electrician cum Operator-3 Nos.(1 No. in each shift, total three shift i.e. 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM & 10 PM to 6AM ) b) Khallasi - 2 Nos. ( 1 No. in each shift, total two shift i.e. 6 AM to 2 PM & 2 PM to 10 PM ). (Note: All Tools and Plants (T&P) including tower wagon required to maintained fittings mounted up to height 12 Mtrs. shall be made available at the site throughout the contract period by agency.)

De-hydration and filtration of Transformer (400 KVA capacity) Oil with filter machine at site to maintain the break down value die electric strength of oil at least 50 KV including providing oil testing facility at site for transformer etc complete as required.

Servicing of 11KV H.T. VCB 630 Amp Complete with cleaning alignment, adjustment of gaps between phases, lubricating all moving parts adjustment for smooth mechanical operation etc complete as required.

Supply of Transformer Oil for Oil Top up in Transformer after De-hydration and filtration.

Servicing/ Overhauling Crompton make L.T ACB 1000 Amp with cleaning, alignment, adjustment of gap between phase, lubricating all moving parts adjustment for smooth mechanical operation etc complete as required.

Carrying out "B" Check and replacement of Element Lub oil Filter- 4 Nos. , Kit fuel filter and ring- 2 Nos. , Kit super BYP filter elem- 2 Nos. , Seal O ring- 2 Nos. ,Inhibitor Corrosion 10 Ltr , Strip test- 1 No., Engine Oli- 1 job, Kit Air Cleaner Elements (K QK V Series)- 2 Nos. including freight charges towards the maintenance service for D.G Set of capacity 125 KVA, Jackson/Cummins Make. All the said work shall be executed by OEM / authorized service dealer.

Supplying and fixing following modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required. (DSR-2025) 5/6 A switch
