Taking down old ceiling fan/Exhaust fans/Wall mounting fans/ Air cirulators fan of any capacity/sweep after disconnecting the electric supply from any site, checking for its electrical defect and opening fans for checking of mechanical defect after dismantling of fan, carry out repair/over hauling including removing dust and grease, and cleaning of internal mechanical parts of fan with lubricant as per OEMs specification, checking of alignment of shaft, oiling and greasing, checking of worn out bearing and other defective parts, winding, condenser etc and re-assembling, and connecting/refixing of fans in its original position , replacement of defective parts,re-assembling, hanging in original position including testing and commissioning, by providing new GI nut bolt, lock washer and lock/split pin complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: (i) Rewinding and replacement of defective parts, Painting etc shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and Fixing ceilling Fan down rod heavy duty as per existing dia and length of 50 cm including brass nut bolts, double waher, rubber bush heavy duty and spilit pin washers etc as per OEMs specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing aluminium blade assy of celling fan of 1200 mm sweep (set of three) in replacement of make and colour as existing as per OEMs specifications as specified and directed by Engr- in - charge.

Taking down carefully, existing defective storage type water heater (geyser) of any Capacity and Make for repairing, including replacement of defective spares as required and including replacement of terminals with defective connection wires and reinstallation of the geyser in original position including testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- (i) Repairs shall be carried out through authorised technicians or as approved by GE. (ii) Spares for replacement will be measured and paid separately under respective items in S&F .

Supply and fixing the following spares of geyser in repair and testing suitable for storage type water heaters (Geyser) as per OEMs specifications, complete.

M&L for complete servicing of solar hot water system (solar water heater, flate plate collector type), with cleaning of sluge deposited in pipe line of solar pannel by using cleaning regent, check and repair of pipe line for any leakage, including carring out brazing of copper pipe for leakage, cleaning of glass shell, cleaning of hot water tank, replacement of u/s clamps, adopter, hose pipe including filling of distilled water and coolent in reservior including complete sevicing to keep the plant functional of capacity up to 200 LPD. S&F in repair Condenser 4.0 mfd, 240 Volts, in attending fan complaint Make: Epcos/Tibcon/ Havells

General Note : The work is to be executed as per complaints received from users day to day. Contractor is liable to levy compensation for delaying in execution. Complaints having in repair to Fan, Geyser, Solar and LED Flood Light, compensation will be levied after 24 hours excluding the date of receipt of complaints either through Digital mode or offline mode @ Rs.150.00 per complaint per day of work delayed for execution till physical completion of per complain. (ii) Contractor has to detail his supervisior to visit office of AGE E/M complaint cell daily in morning and take the complaints releated to his scope in subject work from concern JE. Also contractor is responsible to get the signature with date of the users/rep of units as a token of work executed physically and the same will be handed over to the concerned JE. However delay (if any) for unforeseen reason, natural calamities etc. shall be recorded separately. (iii) A register shall be maintained by the concerned Engineer-in-Charge and same will be fwd alongwith running payment for verification before payment to the contractor. (iv) Rewinding of fans shall be got completed within 96 Hours from date of handing over of fan (Excluding the date receipt of fan), failing which a recovery of Rs.150.00 per day/fan shall be recovered from RAR/any dues to Govt. till handover of the said item to the department. A register shall be maintained duly signed by all concern to this effect.
