Supply and erection of 2 pole 22 KV H.T structure of 33 feet RS Joist pole with 10 feet center to center on either side with MS angle cross bracing and mass concreting of poles to a depth of 6’ and with masonry pedestal to a height of 2 feet and providing HT Strain disc insulator and 'O' SWG size copper conductor from supply authority 2 pole structure to consumer pole with painting of all metal parts complete with supply and erection of the following HT accessories as per IE and CEIG rules and regulations: 1) 2 Nos. of 33 feet length RS Joist pole with pole caps and base plate 450x450x6mm with RCC with concrete foundation. 2) 1 set of 3 Nos. 22 KV strain disc insulators with metal parts on suitable top channel made out of 4" x 2" x 1/2" iron channel to receive E.B supply 2pole structure to feed HT supply to 2 Pole structure and suitable clamps. 3) 1set of gang operated 22 KV horizontally / vertically operated pin insulator type AB switch complete with guide operating handle at 1.1 to 1.2m above ground level with lock on suitable double channel and angle iron cross arm with channel size 4" x 2" x 1/4" complete with suitable clamps. 4) One set of ( 3 Nos per set) 22 KV lightning arrestors mounted an suitable channel iron of size 4" x 2" x 1/4" complete with suitable clamps 5) One set of (3 Nos per set) 22 KV drop out fuses with operating rod / Horn gap fuses on suitable double channel and angle iron of size 2" x 1/4" complete with cross arm channel and suitable clamps with clearance of 2m from the live part of AB switch to the channel.
6) 2 sets of (3 Nos per set) 22 KV pin insulator etc. fixed on suitable channel iron frame work for supporting to the copper jumper. 7) Supply and fixing of required cross bracings made of suitable M.S Angles of size not less than 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" x 1/4" and other supports to keep the structure in balance. 8) Providing necessary HT connections and jumper connections from the E.B, H.T Structure to consumer 2 pole Structure, Zero SWG HD bare copper conductor for giving necessary connection and jumper connection from 22 KV strain disc insulator to HT AB Switch, AB switch to lightning arrester, lightning arrester to D.O / Horn gap fuses through pin insulator complete with color coding. 9) Supply and fixing of 22 KV Metal Danger Board with letters and figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red in white background-2Nos 10) Painting the complete structure with a primary coat of red oxide and then by two coats of approved aluminum paint. 11) 2 Nos of stranded stay wire arrangements with guy shackle insulators at not less than 10' from ground stay rod protected at ground level by concreting. Yard & Fencing: Supply, fabrication and erection of 1.8 M high chain link fencing over 400 mm high random rubble masonry using 4 mm thick PVC coated chain link with a frame work of 50x50x6 mm MS angle in between vertical posts of ISMC 75 at 2.4 M interval and are fixed to the concrete footing with adequate footing depth and as per CEIG standards with necessary gapes whereever necessary. Earthing has to be done as per IS/TNEB standards around the periphery of the fencing. Rate shall be inclusive of all materials including filling of yard with 40 mm thick stone aggregates complete as per standards – 32M approx (or as per the needed length at site) complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

The bus bar chamber will consist of suitable size of copper flat (not below 25x6mm) for phase and neutral buses on epoxy moulded bus insulators at proper and sufficient spacing between the buses as per IE rules.
