Excavation of foundation in hard rock ( granite) removed by chiselling including dressing and levelling the bed not exceeeding 1.5m in depth and depositing the materials including cost all cost of labour, T&P & cess, taxes of all materials excluding GST etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated materials including watering and ramming with all labour, T&P etc complete to the required level including cost, cess, taxes of all materials excluding GST, etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with crusher broken hard granite 40mm down graded aggregates of approved quality free from weathered skin surface mixing by concrete mixer and placing in position including hoisting and laying with all leads, lifts and delifts, dewatering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means, loading & unloading, curing with cost, conveyance, all labours, T&P, Royalty, DMF,EMF,additional charges, cess, but excluding GST as per approved drawing, design and specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete M-25 grade with crusher broken black hard granite 20 mm size down graded chips of approved quality, mixing by concrete mixer and placing in position including hoisting and laying with all leads, lifts and delifts compacting with vibrator including cost, conveyance, royalty, EMF, DMF, loading and unloading of all materials, dewatering, curing, labour & cess, excluding GST etc. complete in all respect as per approved design, drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting including straightening, cutting, bending, shirting, binding the M.S. or HYSD reinforcement bars for R.C.C. work and tying the grills and placing in position including cost, conveyance of M.S. or HYSD reinforcement bars and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauges, loading, unloading incuding cost, carriage, labour, cess and taxes and all materials excluding GST etc complete as per approved design, drawing, specification and the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments to designed thickness and slope using more than 30cm size hard broken granite stone of approved quality from approved quarry free from weathered skin and any other deleterious materials including filling the interstices with small stones, spalls etc and wedging with hammer and placing the surface to proper line and level, fixing key stones including dewatering, if any with all cost, labour, conveyance and all leads and lifts, royalties, DMF,EMF,additional charges, cess, taxes of all materials, T&P but excluding GST etc complete in all respect as per approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer- in- charge.

Providing formwork for concrete with F1 finish for faces of diversion weir of unexposed surfaces of foundation block joints etc. with steel shutter rigidly fixed and removal of forms and making good to the surface where necessary etc. complete with all labour, materials, supervision charges, cost, conveyance and T&P, cess & taxes of all materials excluding GST, etc. complete as per approved design, drawing, specification and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in R.C.C abutment, flanks, out walls and flanks walls etc with 75 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 V:20 H towards drawing face with non- return flap valves at wall face with all cost, conveyance, labour T&P, royality, EMF &DMF and taxes of all materials excluding GST Complete with all T&P and supervision charges etc as per the approved drawing, design & specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of foundation bed in hard rock required chieselling, hammering and tempering, wire brushing and air & weater jetting with all labour, T&P, machinery & cess, taxes of all materials excluding GST etc complete as per the approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing 25mm dia anchor bars in foundation rock including drilling 35mm dia holes fixing wedged anchor and grouting with cement mortar 1:4 complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge excluding cost of m.s. rods for improvement to dams/diversion weir and structures including pulltesting of 30% of anchors etc. complete with cost, carriage, royalties, cess, taxes of all materials, T&P, labour and supervision charges etc. complete but excluding GST as per approved drawing, design, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Depth of hole only to be measured for payment purpose)

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within 5km lead on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading etc compelte, free from weeds, roots and shrub jungles including spreading & leveling the earth in 22.5 cm layers to make the fill ready for watering and compaction under OMC condition by sheep foot roller & dozer or any other suitable compaction equipments including cost of all materials, T&P, with all royalties, cess & taxes of all materials excluding GST but including cost of quality control tests, mobilisation & demobilisation, supplying, operation, maintenance of all machineries, equipments, materials and labour, required for the work as per design, drawing and specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .(Measurement is to be taken on the finished level section & payment will be made after compaction ).

Watering and compacting the earth work under OMC condition by sheep foot roller and dozer in layers not exceeding 22.5 cm in depth to 95 % proctor density including cost of quality control tests, mobilisation & demobilisation, supplying, operation, maintenance of all machineries, equipments, materials and labours, hire and running charges of materials excluding GST inclusive supervision charges, cess required for the work etc. complele as per approved design, drawing and specification and the direction of the Engineer in charge.(Measurement is to be taken on the finished level section & payment will be made after compaction ).

Excavation, loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc interspread with boulders upto 1/2cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slope and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from the work sites with an intial lead of 2 km from the palce of excavation complete including cost, conveyance, royalty, loading and unloading of all materials, dewatering, curing, labour & cess excluding GST etc. as per the specification and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement shall be taken in finished level section only).

Providing & making Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes as per IS16014:2012, MORT&HClause2500, of required size, Mesh Type10X12 (D=100mm with tolerance of +2%) Zinc coated, PVC, Mesh wire diameter 2.7mm, mechanically edged /Selvedge 3.40mm with partitionsate very 1minterval and shall have minimum 10numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2mm, supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200mm, as per drawing, with all leads, lifts and delifts, cost, conveyance including cost, maintenance of haul roads, re-handling charges involving royality and taxes of all metierials excluding GST etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge.
