Material & Labour for attending day to day complaints including checking of existing street lights of any type or of any description, fixed in vertical position on poles of 9/11/12 metres or on walls including disconnecting the electric connection, removing from pole/wall if required, carrying out minor repairs like, removal of deposited carbon on joints/wires on OHT lines on top of the pole and removing of defective LED drivers/SPDs etc as required at site to make the items functional and refixing the same after repair as directed and connecting with electric feeder , testing for functioning by engaging sufficient man power, tools & plants etc to ensure safety of lights/poles as well as working persons complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. Note :- (a) cost of 08 complaints of 09 to 12 mtr pole for consider in 01 Job in any area under MCEME shall be included in quoted rate. (b) T&P such as hydra/telescopic ladder required for attending the complaints is included in the quoted rate. (c) Cost of replacement of unserviceable parts such as LED drivers/SPDs etc shall be paid under respective item of Sch as supply only . (d) Cost of repalcement of unservicable parts such as corrision connection cables, taking down and fixing shall be included in the item rate. (e) Before attending complaint/work shut down should be taken from GE (Utility) rep. If required.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable street light bracket made out of GI pipe 1.2 mtr long 32 to 50mm dia suitable for street light fitting, light grade bent to shape as directed including nut, bolts, washer and MS flat iron clamp of required size for fixing bracket suitable for PCC/ steel tubular poles all as directed incl taking down of old unsv bracket.

Supply and laying of cable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, with aluminium conductor electric power cable(heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size (a) 35 sqmm x 3.5 core Note :- (a) The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is included in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it. (b) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

S&F in replacement of automatic street light switch using Nature Switch for automatic switching of street lights based on LUX level of natural light the sensor (nature switch) along with suitable power contactors and MCBs (Input-output) should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, Electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box (sintex make) conforming to IP 54.the contactor,MCBs and copper circuit wiring (min.10sqmm) should enough to take: three-phase load of 12-15KW;contactor Rating 32Amps; MCB(spn) Rating 32Amps. Healer Enterprises Model no SWADEEP-02EC12KW3P or equivalent in Seimens and Havells.

Supply & Erecting Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-31 (9.0 METRE long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws including applying Two Coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally upto Planting Depth and applying with Two Coats of Aluminium Painting over a Coat of Aluminium Primer (Externally from Top of Coping) including dismantling old unserviceable complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of under ground cable all as directed.

Cutting of existing road/PCC for laying of LT cables / pipes complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&Lfor rubbing/cleaning with emery paper or by other meance and preparation of old painted surface of steel poles 8.5/9 metres long excluding planting depth complete and painting the pole up to full height including channels street light brackets with one coat of aluminium paint and making black & white including strips with synthetic enamelled paint with alternate strips 30 cm height with black and white strips upto 1.5metres height writing pole numbers as per existing practice, making round base of dia 120mm by using yellow colour and marking the pole numbers of letter size equal to 70mm in height by using black colour with stencil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- The T&P required for the paintaing job under this item such as hydra/telescopic ladder etc arranged by the contractor and included in the quoted rate of this item.

M&L for rubbing/cleaning with emery paper and preparation of old painted surface of steel poles 8.5/9 metres long writing pole numbers as per existing practice, making round base of dia 120mm by using yellow colour and marking the pole numbers of letter size equal to 70mm in height by using black colour with stencil of pole any type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
