Cleaning all supply Air Ducts internally by NADCA Certified Agency only with skilled personnel with specialised latest Robotic Technology equipment and vacuum machines. A robotic camera to be used for inspection and cleaning. The contractor shall give a copy of the vedio footing in CD before and after cleaning of ducts. Cleaning certificate will be issued and signed by ASCS (Airport System cleaning Specialist) and OSHA NADCA certified ASCS only on DAILY Basis.Contractor have to provide asscess in duct opening for present and future cleaning requirement and ceiling the same after cleaning to avoid air leakage as per NADCA standard. .as per Item no 1. page no SOQ1

Fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of site fabricated GSS sheet metal ducting complete with gaskets, elbows, hangers, anchor fastener, supports etc. including drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required. Refer Technical Specification and List of Approved Make. Thickness 24 SWG. Only 24 SGW, GI Sheet will be provided Departmentally as per Item no 2 page no SOQ1

Fixing of 25mm thickness closed cell nitrile rubber class 0 insulation with factory laminated aluminium foil by applying suitable cold setting adhesive on already installed indoor ducting above false ceiling after removal of existing glass wool insulation. The scope of this item also includes charges for dismantling and suitable disposal of glass wool insulation out as per OEM specification buyback of dismantled insulation material to be considered while quoting Refer Technical Specification and List of Approved Make. Only 25mm thickness closed cell nitrile rubber & adhesive will be provided Departmentally as per Item no 3 page no SOQ1

Fixing, testing and balancing of powder coated aluminium construction double skin eye ball type jet nozzles with double flap butterfly damper, mounted on steel face plate suitable for side wall installation of required dia as per approved drawings complete as required confirming to specification. 400 mm Dia .Only Double skin eye ball type Jet Nozzles with double flap butterfly damper will be provided Departmentally as per Item no 4 page no SOQ1

Supply of scaffolding 7 mtr height on Monthly rental basis including steel pipes, couplers, planks, ladders, base plates, bracings and all necessary accessories, as required for heighted works at Goa Airport site, along with labour for erection and dismantling as per site requirements. The item includes supply of materials in good condition, proper installation and removal at designated locations, and adherence to all safety standards and site conditons. Shifting within the site during the rental period shall also be included and including transportation and delivery at Goa International Airport. as per Item no 5 page no SOQ1
