Epoxy Painting of Inner area of Penstock and various other underwater parts for All three machines (Approx Area 4829.35 m2) (A) Surface preparation of Penstock and various other underwater parts such as Spiral casing, Stay vanes, Guide Vanes, Draft Tube of Machine no. 1, 2 & 3 at Khara Power House by Chipping of area to be painted by the help of wire brush, emery paper for removal of dust, dirt and silt. Applying of degreasing solvent and suitable chemical agent to remove greaser and oil from the surface. (B) Application of one coat of epoxy Zinc rich primer Epilux -4 on Prepared surface (C) application of two coats of Epilux-5 coal-tar epoxy paint of Berger/Asian paints shall be applied Note: 1 Job = Inner area of Penstock, Spiral casing, Stay vanes, Guide Vanes & Draft Tube of each machine (Approx Area - 1494.61 m2) (4829.35 m2 -03 Job)

Enamel Painting of various pipelines, strainers and platforms (Approx Area 3806.96 m2) (A) Surface preparation of various cooling pipelines, strainers and pipes & plateforms of drainage and dewatering pumps etc. at Khara Power House by Chipping of area to be painted by the help of wire brush, emery paper for removal of dust, dirt and silt. Applying of degreasing solvent and suitable chemical agent to remove greaser and oil from the surface. (B) Applying one coat red oxide primer (C) Applying two coats of Enamel Paint of make Berger/ Asian / Birla opus or Standard [Note: 1 Job = Enamel Painting of Approx Area 3806.96 m2 3806.96 m2 (1 Job)
